Despite COVID-19, my family's stay was exceptional! Every employee we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very amazing! I loved that we were able to make contact with thehotel via text and received a prompt response. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do during our visit.

Minha filha de 8 anos e eu ficamos neste local à noite porque estávamos voando para ficar com meu marido, que é militar e não o víamos há mais de 6 meses. Este local me cobrou de forma fraudulenta uma taxa de fumar. Eu nem minha filha de oito anos somos fumantes. Eu sou um membro de recompensas e já fiquei neste hotel e em muitos outros hotéis Hyatt no passado para militares e pessoais e nunca tive esse problema. Liguei para o local e pedi o reembolso da cobrança, pois claramente havia um erro. O GM se recusou a reverter a cobrança, ainda me acusando de fumar na sala sem nenhuma prova. Eu não sou um fumante e não fumei no quarto em que ficamos. Eu nunca vou ficar neste local novamente. A integridade do Hyatt está em jogo na minha opinião pessoal e, embora eu tenha recomendado este local para toda a minha família e amigos no passado, nunca os recomendarei novamente.

My 8 year old daughter and I stayed in this location for the evening because we were flying out to be with my husband who is in themilitary and we haven’t seen in 6+ months. This location fraudulently charged me a smoking fee. I nor my eight year old daughter are smokers. I am a rewards member and I have stayed in this hotel and many other Hyatt hotels in the past for military and personal and have never had this issue. I called the location and asked for them to refund the charge because clearly there was a mistake. The GM refused to reverse the charge still accusing me of smoking in the room with no proof. I am NOT a smoker and did not smoke in the room we stayed in. I will never stay at this location again. Hyatt’s integrity is on the line in my personal opinion and even though I have recommended this location to all my family and friends in the past, I will never recommend them again.

Quartos super espaçosos com área de estar com sofá. Bom lugar para relaxar. Você pode usar a piscina por 2 horas após se inscrever na recepção. A Jacuzzi está fechada devido ao Covid-19. Café da manhã grátis, você deve descer e embalar as ofertas de café da manhã e desfrutar no seu quarto. O estacionamento custa $ 18 por noite.

If anybody out there is looking for deals for hotel rooms head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and these guys had the lowest prices anywhere! Very clean, modern & simple. Super spacious rooms with couch sitting area. Nice place to relax. You are able to use the swimming pool for 2 hours after signing up at the front desk. Jacuzzi is closed due to Covid-19. Free breakfast, you must go down and pack up the breakfast offerings and enjoy in your room. Parking is $18 a night.

The rooms are beautiful, modern and sparkling clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. My family and I were pleasantly surprised at breakfast time when we learned they had hot breakfast( delicious breakfast sandwiches)! Also a variety of cereal for kids. After staying at at least 15 hotels during the pandemic and eating sad grab and go breakfast bags, this was such a treat!!! Hyatt definitely does above and beyond for their customers- we will be staying here from now on.

Everything about this hotel experience was high quality customer service! The staff there just was all time superb!! From Housekeeping to front desk. My friends and I pestered them about new towels every day and they did not complain once ! The best place to stay if you want a fun experience in LA and come back to a great resting place. Hotel was clean, bathroom was nice, space is great for groups of 3 or less. I cannot wait you stay here again.

NÃO DEIXE SEUS VALORES AQUI. As empregadas roubam e os gerentes não se importam e não assumem nenhuma responsabilidade. Os funcionários da recepção e o gerente Paul Harvey foram os piores. Tudo o que eles me disseram foi que, quando nos registramos para ficar no hotel, eles não são responsáveis por nenhum item deixado ou perdido, para que não haja nada que eles possam fazer pelos itens roubados. Eu esperava muito melhor do hotel e da cadeia de hotéis Hyatt.Fiquei no hotel durante minha viagem à Califórnia no início de novembro e tive os anéis de casamento da minha esposa e da minha esposa roubados do quarto. Deixei um comentário da última vez e, de alguma forma, meu comentário não aparece para os outros, por isso estou escrevendo outro.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES HERE. The housekeepers will steal and the managers don't care and will not take any responsibilities. The front desk workers and the Manager Paul Harvey was the worst. All they told me was when we sign up to stay at the hotel, they are not responsible for any items left or lost so there is nothing they can do for the stolen items. I expected much better from the hotel and the Hyatt hotel chain.I stayed at the hotel during my trip to California early November and had both of my and my wife's wedding rings stolen from the room. I left a review last time and somehow, my review doesn't show up to others so I am writing another one.

É um bom lugar para ficar, pois fica perto do aeroporto. O sentimento geral é bom, mas como hoteleiro, preciso de um serviço ativo.Quarto bem conservado e piscina de fitness. O estacionamento é cobrado.Internet WIFI grátis e pequeno-almoço grátis para os hóspedes.São servidos café e cereais, ovos cozidos, maçã, bananas, torradas e leite, e muito mais. Tudo bem para um café da manhã simples.O centro de fitness está aberto 24 horas. Máquinas de lavar e secar roupa estão disponíveis por uma taxa no primeiro andar.Globalistas recebem estacionamento gratuito e duas garrafas de água.Aeroporto e operações de transporte. É bom verificar o tempo de transporte.Não há nenhum lugar para onde ir, então você tem que dirigir. Há muitos estacionamentos próximos que oferecem estacionamento diário, portanto, é bom estacionar em viagens de negócios de longo prazo.

Lindo hotel, muy buena atención. El desayuno cambia todos los días y siempre todo está buenísimo. Lo único a criticar es que no tienen room service y que el menú del bar es bastante acotado.Alrededor no hay mucho para hacer, el auto es necesario hasta para ir a comer.
