Saímos de Page AZ rumo à Moab UT e ficamos sem internet quase a totalidade do percurso. Quando tivemos sinal, fizemos uma pesquisa rápida e o Hyatt estava com o preço compatível com os demais hotéis de rede existentes na região e que ficamos até esse momento da nossa viagem. A cidade de Moab, bem como esse hotel estavam lotados. Não havia mais vaga disponível no estacionamento. O pessoal estacionava onde era possível. Quarto confortável, espaçoso e super bem cuidado. O café da manhã foi muito bom, com várias opções de frutas, pães, linguiças, ovos mexidos, cereais e tipos de cafés. Muito bom passar a noite aqui e seguir viagem.

Hyatt Place has a certain quality that they keep consistent across all their locations. This one is no different. However I do have to accentuate this pulled pork component they had at the breakfast taco station. Delicious

Pros: Kind and helpful staff, spacious and quiet room, nice decor, fun Halloween decoration, well appointed bathroom, decent hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, hotcakes and variety of cereals, oatmeal and milk alternatives.Cons: No microwave in room unless youask (hello owner/operator—even Motel 6 has microwaves); soft mattress esp. v other Hyatt properties (I was forced to sleep on the sofa, which is much more comfortable), loud air conditioning unit, weak WiFi. Generally, get the sense that the owner is penny-pinching and thus degrading the Hyatt brand.

Hotel e quarto eram muito agradáveis e limpos. A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora. O bar do hotel foi um grande momento. Becky B tornou nossa noite ótima após uma viagem estressante, com drinks perfeitos e ótimas dicas para a região. Seu serviço foi local e atencioso, mesmo tendo um restaurante completo para ela. O bar do café da manhã estava muito ocupado no momento em que fomos, o que tornava difícil navegar na fila e as pessoas fazendo o que queriam. Nenhuma ordem para o caos. A comida estava boa. Ficaria novamente e recomendo.

Hotel and room were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel bar was a great time. Becky B made our nite great after stressful travel, with perfect drinks and great tips for the area. Her service was spot on and attentive, even while having a full restaurant to herself. The breakfast bar was very busy at the time we went, which made it hard to navigate the line and people doing whatever they wanted. No order to the chaos. The food was good. Would stay again and recommend.

Provavelmente o melhor lugar para ficar em Moabe. Esta propriedade do New Hyatt ainda tem cheiro de carro novo.Wifi grátis, café da manhã grátis e até lavanderia grátis. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis, como seria de esperar de qualquer nova propriedade Hyatt Place.Grande piscina incrível com vista para as montanhas de rocha vermelha. A piscina e os arredores são temáticos com base nas cores vermelhas dos arcos.A 6 minutos de Arches, a 30 minutos do Parque Estadual Dead Horse e a 40 minutos de Canyon Lands.Além disso, você pode caminhar até alguns restaurantes na faixa de Moabe.Absolutamente ficaríamos lá novamente na próxima vez que estou na área.

Este lugar era ótimo! Tivemos que ficar aqui de graça depois que usei meus pontos por um fim de semana inteiro e não poderíamos mais ficar felizes com nosso quarto. Cama king size para o quarto ao lado no corredor com seu PRÓPRIO corredor! Não pode ser mais privado do que isso. O hotel era limpo e bonito. Café-da-manhã foi ótimo na parte da manhã. Não fomos na piscina, mas está linda!

Nossa estada foi curta e agradável. Os quartos são agradáveis e arrumados. As comodidades fornecidas foram ótimos! Eles têm um bar Starbucks limitado no lobby, e a equipe sempre foi super simpática. A área da piscina tinha um splash pad e uma banheira de hidromassagem, excelentes para famílias. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência.

This place was great! We got to stay here for free after I used my points for a full weekend and we couldn’t more thrilled with our room. King bed off to the side room in the hallway with its OWN hallway !Can’t get more private than that. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was great in the morning. We didn’t go in the pool but it looks beautiful !

Probably the best place to stay in Moab. This New Hyatt property still has the new car smell.Free wifi, free breakfast and even free laundry facilities. Rooms are roomy, clean and comfortable as you would expect from any new Hyatt place property.Amazing large pool overlooking the red rock mountains. The pool and surroundings are themed based on the red colors of arches.6minutes away from Arches, 30 minutes away from Dead Horse State park and 40 min away from Canyon Lands.Also you can walk to some restaurants on the Moab strip.Would absolutely stay there again next time I am in the area.

Nuestra estancia fue corta y dulce. Las habitaciones son bonitas y están ordenadas. Las comodidades proporcionadas fueron excelentes. Tienen un bar Starbucks limitado en el vestíbulo, y el personal siempre fue muy agradable. La zona de la piscina tenía una zona para chapotear y una bañera de hidromasaje, que son ideales para familias. En general, tuvimos una gran experiencia.

el bar: Regresé de la cena y tomé unas copas. Becky fue muy amable e hizo un delicioso 75 francés. Definitivamente recomendaría un viaje aquí si estás en la ciudad.El hotel: parece nuevo, los empleados del mostrador de recepción son muy amables, las habitaciones están bien equipadas.

the bar: Came back from dinner and had a few drinks. Becky was super friendly and made a delicious French 75. Would def recommend a trip here if you're in town. The hotel: seems new, reception desk employees very friendly, rooms well appointed.

Our stay was short and sweet. Rooms are nice and tidy. The amenities provided were great! They have a limited Starbucks bar in the lobby, and the staff were always super nice. The pool area had a splash pad and hot tub as well, which are great for families. Overall, we had a great experience.

Very spacious room for our family of five. The staff was friendly and facility was very clean. The breakfast buffet had great choices that was such a refreshing change from all the "grab and go" options since COVID began.Also, was a huge plus that I was able to grab a Starbucks coffee before heading out for our morning hike. Wish we had stayed longer as Moab was a lovely place.

El lugar super limpio, el personal muy amable, con parqueo, piscina de agua caliente,yacuzzi de buen tamaño, la habitación tenia vista a la montaña y despertar con esta vista me encantó. Para desayuno puedes escoger huevo,papitas, cereal, avena, leche entera o de almendras, jugo, manzana, naranja, bananas, café, te... Y me gusto mucho el protocolo de seguridad por covid-19.

Muy buen hotel. Recién estrenado, por tanto todo impecable. Personal super amable. Desayunos buenos pero sin más. Único contratiempo, no sé si puntual ni responsabilidad de quién, tuvimos bastantes problemas a la hora de pagos con tarjetas. El sistema no nos admitía casi ninguna.
