“I wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of my husband and I, during each of our stays here, at the SLC Airport Hyatt Place. We've been staying here for more than a year and each time we check in, we're greeted with a brilliant welcome back and a smile. The past couple of times, Mary Jane, Josh, Rich, and Maria have been placing the complimentary water bottles in our room, along with nice glasses, snacks, and a handwritten note, thanking us for returning to the Hyatt Place. This hotel is our favorite hotel, by far! We have never been treated so well, as we have been here. You all do such an amazing job and that's why we return to the Hyatt Place. Thank you very much!!”
