É tão revigorante ficar em um hotel que manteve seus padrões durante a pandemia. A limpeza e simpatia tem sido de alto nível! Estive em muitos hotéis durante os últimos anos e não foi a mesma experiência. Estou grato por ver isso diferente aqui!

It is so refreshing to stay at a hotel that has kept it's standards during the pandemic. The cleanliness and friendliness has been top notch! I have been at many hotels during the last couple years and it hasn't been the same experience. I am grateful to see it different here!

Excelente hotel. Funcionários simpáticos a partir do minuto em que entramos. Quartos limpos, bom pequeno-almoço gratuito pré embalado para a segurança. Este é definitivamente o nosso novo lugar para ficar quando visitar Utah.

Muito legal! Sala limpa em boas condições. A localização é muito próxima às lojas outlet e não muito longe da rodovia. Boas vistas sobre o vale a partir da piscina.

Hospedado aqui para 1 noite para uma viagem de negócios há alguns meses. Estadia muito curta, mas era silencioso, limpo e tinha funcionários simpáticos. Fácil acesso à I-15 e muitos restaurantes de fast food nas proximidades. Eles tinham um café da manhã decente no momento, considerando as restrições de COVID. Eu sempre recomendo este hotel para a família e amigos que visitam a área.

O próprio hotel é adorável e ótimo. No entanto, não fique aqui se acontecer de você esquecer algo do seu quarto. Quando meu marido e eu chegamos em casa algumas horas depois de irmos embora, lembrei-me de que havia deixado minha escova de dente cara no banheiro, então liguei imediatamente para o hotel para avisá-los. Quando liguei, alguém atendeu e disse que ainda não havia limpado o quarto e não chegaria até o dia seguinte, mas ele notaria que minha escova de dentes havia sumido e me pediu para preencher um formulário online. Liguei novamente dois dias depois para ver se eles tinham encontrado. O indivíduo que atendeu disse que estava com o meu formulário e iria verificar a minha escova de dente e me ligar de volta. Nunca recebi uma chamada de volta. Meu marido teve que dirigir por ali, então ele decidiu ir pessoalmente ao hotel e pegar a escova de dente. Quando ele foi em um domingo, o recepcionista disse que havia um recado informando que haviam encontrado minha escova de dente, mas ele não tinha as chaves para abrir a caixa em que ela estava. Ele estava obviamente frustrado por não poder t pegar minha escova de dente, então sabíamos que não era culpa dele. Meu marido ligou alguns dias depois e conversou com alguém sobre a situação e eles disseram que têm e que iriam se certificar de que poderíamos ir buscar a escova de dentes sempre que decidirmos voltar. Hoje descemos novamente para pegar a escova de dentes, mas a senhora puxou uma escova que não foi a que eu deixei no quarto. Ela começou a me dizer que era "o que foi encontrado no quarto", como se eu não soubesse que minha própria escova de dente não tinha ficado no quarto e visto uma escova aleatória que não era minha. E então respondeu "desculpe, posso ver que você está chateado". Portanto, não apenas minha escova de dentes desapareceu misteriosamente, mas eu também fui prejudicada e nada foi consertado. Tão frustrante. Mas hey, eles têm móveis bonitos.

The hotel itself is lovely and great. However, don't stay here if you happen to forget something from your room. When my husband and I got home a few hours after leaving, I remembered I had left my expensive toothbrush in the bathroom so I immediately called the hotel to let them know. When I called, someone answered and said that they had not cleaned the room yet and wouldn't get to the room until the next day, but he would note that my toothbrush was gone and had me fill out a form online. I called again two days later to see if they had found it. The individual who answered said that they had my form and would check for my toothbrush and call me back. I never got a call back. My husband had to drive down that way so he decided to go to the hotel himself and pick up the toothbrush. When he went on a Sunday, the front desk person said that there was a note that they had found my toothbrush, but he didn't have the keys to open up the box that it was in. He was obviously frustrated that he couldn't get my toothbrush, so we knew it wasn't his fault. My husband called a few days after this and talked to someone about the situation and they said they have it and would make sure we could come get the toothbrush whenever we decide to come again. Today we made the drive down again to get the toothbrush only to have the lady pull out a toothbrush that was not the one I left in the room. She proceeded to tell me it was "the one found in the room" as if I didn't know my own toothbrush hadn't been staying in the room and seen a random toothbrush that wasn't mine. And then responded "sorry, I can see you are upset". So not only did my toothbrush mysteriously disappear, but I was also undermined and nothing was made right. So frustrating. But hey, they have nice furniture.

Stayed here for 1 night for a business trip a couple of months ago. Very short stay but it was quiet, clean, and had friendly staff. Easy access to I-15 and many fast food restaurants nearby. They had a decent breakfast at the time considering COVID restrictions. I always recommend this hotel to family and friends who visit the area.

This is not a 5 star hotel by any means BUT it is definitely the nicest hotel chain in the area if you are collecting reward points. It is also the most centrally located, being within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. If you have to be in the Lehi to Lindon area this is probably your best bet.

Si pudiera contar a detalle lo negativo de mi experiencia lo haría, muy decepcionante experiencia, la habitación no estaba lista a la hora de mi reserva, tuve que esperar 3 horas para que me dieran una habitación sucio y con un teléfono que no funcionaba. El personal muy grosero y despota ofreció un reembolso en lugar de arreglar el problema. No tuve acceso a la piscina y tampoco accedieron a transferirme a otra habitación con mejor vista sin razón alguna. Inclusive me dijo que si seguia confrontando mis quejas me pediría que me fuera del hotel. Simplemente el peor servicio al cliente!
