“I have always felt Hyatt provides a higher standard than other hotels. This hotel has a 4 star rating and I'm paying $330 for a one night stay. I don't consider myself a difficult person, but a certain expectation is excepted based on the company name, the hotel star rating and the price. Shower was full of mold and looked unclean. The bathroom door was splattered with white spots that added to the sense of an unclean room. The room AC was cooling the space, but there was still a high level of humidity and damp odor in the room. The hotel has added an exposed unpainted conduit routed through the entire room. Not a show stopper, but not something you expect to see in a 4 star hotel. No other rooms were available that we could be moved to, therefore we had to cancel our stay.”

“Was a very disappointing stay here. Sure conditioning didn't work. Got a new room, but this hotel needs a good fix it maintenance person to up keep it. Doors stick, faucets leak, floors not clean. I wouldn't consider this as a river walk. It was a cancel and wasn't close to anything. If you drove any farther down it was in the ghetto with very sketchy people. I would not stay again.”
