“The location was 5 star, however the hotel is not... The hotel is over priced for the service received. It has no parking. The cost to park your car is $35 a day and that was not mentioned when I booked. It was an awful smell soon as you walk in the hotel. The hotel has sewer problems. A 2 night stay was $356 yet I had to find parking and take luggage a long distance.. to come in a smelly hotel. I thought the hotel served food per advertised but it does not. I will not book here again.. nor recommend this hotel. The only thing that was perfect was location.”

“I do not recommend this place at all. My stay was unpleasant from the start. Basically no parking. You have to park 2 blocks away in another parking garage for $20 a night. Put a $150 deposit down. I can guess the reason. This is a College hotel. There were parties all weekend and intoxicated students everywhere. The rooms surrounding me were all loud.
Regarding my room. Air-conditioning was loud. The shower had a slow drain. And to top it off. I didn't have hot water to take a shower till 11am the next day. I stayed here for 3 unpleasant and uncomfortable nights.
The plus side. Every employee was very nice and friendly. The free breakfast was on point. They serve breakfast sandwiches and French toast strips that you can microwave. Fresh fruits. Cereal and oatmeal. OJ, apple juice, and coffee.”
