We stayed and park and fly for a week. The hotel is nice, if you park and fly you are asked to park a couple blocks away and shuttle back to the hotel. That is fine unless you want to go somewhere or forget something in your car. Once at the hotel, there is only one restaurant with few choices. The front desk staff were great. The shuttle was clean and on time, when you return in the evening it may be a while for your pick up, we waited about an hour. Overall, it was ok.

I missed my flight and was offered a free hotel stay, and I'm so glad I selected this one. Very nice place, clean, well staffed with nice and helpful people. The bar was great and the food was excellent. Highly recommend.

Once my flight was canceled, due to snow, I was so happy to book at stay at Hyatt Regency Bloomington. Had a delicious dinner and the hotel staff was amazing. The shuttle service from the airport was so nice. After a long day at the airport, I had a stress free stay. Thanks.

Wonderful hotel. They hosted our company's meetings and did a wonderful job with the service and accommodations. The food for breakfast and lunch was so good and they always had a good supply of drinks available. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy. I had a nice view from my room as well. Only one small complaint was that the coffee was weak and didn't that great.

We stayed here overnight before our flight out of MSP. Hotel was very clean , nice and quite. Staff was friendly. Hotel shuttle to the airport was great and cheap for parking. There is a bar and restaurant we didn’t try it tho. Room was clean beds were comfy. Perfect location

Was here for a business conference. The staff was helpful, friendly, and wore masks the entire time. We felt well taken care of! And even though I knew they were short staffed, they never let on that they were and handled everything with a smile. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Nice decor too. Would highly recommend!

Em 10 de setembro check-in neste hotel Hyatt Regency Bloomington e aqui está a minha experiência (boa, ruim e pior parte deste hotel).Boa parte: - O hotel parece novo e limpo. Dentro e fora do hotel foram mantidos bem. - Recepcionista não é ruim. - Eu gostava de fora do hotel tambémParte ruim: - O serviço de quarto é horrível. Ninguém vem e ajuda se você precisar de serviço de quarto. - As toalhas são muito velhas, rasgadas e sujas (ver fotos). Eu não esperava tal toalha lacrimal de um 4 hotel estrela.Pior parte : - Fiquei neste lugar por 3 dias e o custo total foi de $ 433. Depois de uma semana descobri que o o hotel cobrou US $ 433 x 6 no meu cartão, o que significa cinco vezes mais cobranças além do acusações originais. Liguei para o atendimento ao cliente e eles me transferiram para o departamento de cobrança. A pessoa que falou comigo do departamento de cobrança é muito pouco profissional e não tem boas maneiras para um cliente. Finalmente, liguei para o banco do meu cartão e relatei o problema. Portanto, esteja ciente de tal transação autorizada de um hotel 4 estrelas como o Hyatt Regency Bloomington.

On Sep 10 check in this Hyatt Regency Bloomington hotel and here is my experience (Good, Bad and Worst part of this hotel) . Good part: - The hotel looks new and clean. Inside and outside hotel were maintained well. - Receptionist are not bad. - I liked outside hotel as well Bad part: - Room service is horrible. No one comes and helps if you need room service. - Towels are very old and tear and dirty (see photos) . I did not expect such tear towel from a 4 star hotel. Worst part : - Stayed at this place for 3 days and the total charge was $433. After a week I found out that the hotel charged my card $433 x 6 which means five times additional charges on top of the original charges. Called customer service and they transferred me to the billing department. The person who talked to me from the billing department is very unprofessional and has no manners at all for a customer. Finally I ended up calling my card bank and reported the issue. So be aware of such an authorized transaction from a 4 star hotel like Hyatt Regency Bloomington.

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no Hyatt Regency Bloomington. Check-in fácil. Serviço excepcional que acomoda e funcionários simpáticos. Especialmente HENRY, ele garante que todas as nossas necessidades sejam atendidas. Todos eles vão além. Saímos com satisfação e um sorriso no rosto. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente e recomendarei aos nossos colegas. No geral foi uma estadia perfeita!

Eu tive uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel. Quarto era limpo e bem conservado. Sou um viajante frequente. Por isso, adoro o fato de ser perto do aeroporto, fácil acesso ao metrô de superfície e ao shopping center da América. Excelente serviço, a equipe foi muito acolhedora para mim e acomodando todas as minhas necessidades e solicitações. Um funcionário chamado Henry me ajudou a chamar um táxi porque meu voo de volta para casa era muito cedo. Um gesto tão simpático da parte dele. Um bom hotel localizado em um ótimo local seguro, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos certamente me farão voltar novamente.

A estadia no hotel foi incrível, banheiro limpo (que é prioridade para mim) a cama e quarto era agradável e confortável. O serviço é incrível ... dos gerentes ao atendente da recepção. Não descobri o sobrenome dela (porque não pensei que realmente faria uma revisão), mas o nome dela é Cheyenne e ela foi extremamente útil. Muito educado e respeitoso. Kodos pra ela, ela era fogo !! Mas esse hotel e seus funcionários são de longe o nível superior. Uma estadia obrigatória em MINNEAPOLIS E SUAS CIDADES GÊMEAS

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Room was cleaned and well maintained. Im a frequent traveler So I love that it’s close to the airport easy access to the light rail and to the mall of America. Great service the staff were very welcoming to me and accommodating to all my needs and requests. One staff named Henry helped me call a cab as my flight back home was too early. Such a nice gesture of him. A nice hotel located a great safe location, nice accommodating staff will surely make me come back over again.

I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Bloomington. Easy check in. Exceptional service accommodating & friendly staff. Especially HENRY, he make sure that all our needs are being met. They all go above and beyond. We left with satisfaction and smile on our face. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to our colleagues. Overall it was a perfect stay!

The hotel stay was amazing, Clean bathroom (which is top priority for me) the bed and room was nice and comfortable. There service is amazing… from the managers to the front desk attendant. I didn’t get her last name ( because I didn’t think I would actually be doing a review ) but her name is Cheyenne and she was extremely helpful. Very polite and respectful. Kodos to her, she was fire !! But that hotel and its employees are by far top tier. A must stay in MINNEAPOLIS AND ITS TWIN CITIES

Buena atencion, comodidad, limpio, buenas medidas para el Covid19, incluye desayuno pero es solo cakes, brownies, jugos y café.No pienso que eso sea desayuno. Y no tiene microondas en la habitacion. Buena ubicación, a 1 milla del Mall de las Americas.
