“Book another hotel, honestly. If you have to stay in this hotel book room only, as view is really good. Food here is a disgrace, usually cold and totally tasteless. All inclusive drinks are premade and tasteless, not worth a single euro. We've booked double bed, but only twin beds are available apparently. Hotel forces you to choose 30 mins slots for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The latest available slot for dinner is 9pm and they also close at 9pm, so you have few minutes to order. They serve the worst coffe ever, seriously if there would be the worst coffee olympic competition they would win a gold medal. Hotel states that they do everything to fight covid, while at the same time there is only one bar opened from 10am to 6pm so everyone in the hotel have to queue there.
All hotel windows looked like they weren't cleaned at all.
I've stayed in several hotels in gran canaria and this one was the worst. I will never visit any lopesan hotel again.”
