“Great hospitality. My friend and I arrived around 3pm to check in, unfortunately the room service was unfinished. The staff offered complimentary tea and Internet access while we waited which helped. After waiting for about 3 hours though, they apologized again and took us to one of their restaurants for great Mexican food on the house. It's understandable for room service not to be ready at times, but for them to be attentive to our needs while we waited and not just be pushed aside is what made us feel better about the whole experience and the hotel. This hotel seemed mainly to be a business hotel, but for two leisurely travelers like us, it was just as good with great tourist advice from the concierge and friendly staff overall. Take advantage of just lounging in their beautiful lobby, it's interesting to see the types of people that walk by too. Great Hospitality, Friendly Concierge Staff and Beautiful Decor.”

“The hotel is old fashion 5 stars which needs a bit of care in some of the areas. It is convenient for business travelers or people without kids. They have an amazing variety of tobaccos from all over the world and good variety of liquors. On the service side, it is very slow and not always caring about the guest concerns/questions. For a 5 start hotel, definitely is not a plus. The location.”
