“up 100+ CNY per night since my last stay, but the quality deteriorated significantly: - no more salmon for breakfast - no more potato salad for breakfast (used to be my favorite) - only about 1/3 of the usual chocolate in the chocolate croissants - very little cheese in the cheese omelette - wait 5 minutes for your second cup of coffee after asking for one - in the room: TV broken, desk lamp broken - at least the tooth picks are still of superior quality, but also the rooms are still clean and well equipped Also, I hate it when the staff always greet me in English. Like all other countries in the world, they should first greet me in the local language and only switch to English if I can't respond in Chinese.”
