Para desejar meu aniversário nos dias 19 e 20 de dezembro, ficarei em um quarto com vista para o mar. Obrigado por todos os preparativos do hotel. O atendimento é muito bom e os nomes não são exaustivos. Obrigado, Tommy Au-Yeung, Norman Valker, Belle Wu do departamento de reservas. Eddie do departamento de jantar , Reeve, Ivan, Brain e Sandy da arrumação. Há outra equipe para cuidar. Obrigado.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito educados e o serviço é muito bom! Este hotel é muito confortável, por causa do quarto atualizado com vista para o mar, a vista é muito aberta e bonita, com vista para o mar invencível. O café da manhã era muito rico, e o jantar foi trocado para comer no quarto devido à epidemia. A comida também era rica e muito saborosa. Trouxe para mim e minha esposa uma boa memória no 24º aniversário do nosso casamento! O único defeito é que não podemos sentir o gosto por causa da epidemia. Jantar buffet. Queria recomendar este restaurante à minha família e amigos, mas foi uma pena que o hotel passou a ser quarentena a partir do dia 22/12!

O quarto de hotel é limpo e limpo. O ambiente é bom. Mini-bar e máquina de café gratuitos. Muito satisfeito. A localização é um pouco longe da estação de metrô. Tivemos o negócio duplo 11 incluindo jantar e café da manhã. No geral, uma ótima experiência. A equipe foi atenciosa e amigável. Meu parceiro e eu nos registramos em momentos diferentes e a recepcionista sabia exatamente qual era a minha reserva antes de verificar minha identidade. A mesma senhora me examinou e lembrou-se do meu nome antes de passar pelo sistema. As coisas pequenas :) O quarto também era limpo, e nos deram algumas sobremesas para celebrar nosso aniversário. Obrigado pela incrível estadia!Os únicos comentários em que consegui pensar estão relacionados com o pequeno-almoço e a piscina.Alguns de meus colegas e eu não fomos informados no momento do check-in que o jantar e o café da manhã seriam em locais diferentes. Então, pela manhã, fomos para o 3 / F e descobrimos que ele estava vazio e que só servia café da manhã aos domingos. Tivemos que descer para o lobby para perguntar, antes de finalmente ir para 8 / F para o café da manhã. A sugestão aqui seria ter uma placa no 3 / F para algo como "de segunda a sábado, dirija-se ao 8 / F para o café da manhã".Sobre a piscina, ficamos um pouco chateados porque a piscina só foi aberta das 9h às 6h e estávamos aqui para uma conferência exatamente nessas horas. Seria bom ter acesso à piscina por horas um pouco prolongadas, como de manhã antes do café da manhã, por exemplo, das 18h às 20h, e / ou antes do jantar, por exemplo, das 18h às 19h.Além dessas pequenas sugestões de melhorias, foi realmente uma ótima estadia e espero que você continue com o serviço :)Felicidades!

Como não tenho que viajar para comemorar meu aniversário, reservei um pacote de jantar em hotel com buffet para a primeira noite em Kerry mais cedo, o que é muito desconto. Sou muito sincero e desenho sozinho ❤️O quarto é limpo e confortável, o que é muito apreciado. . . Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Vale a pena visitar muitos lembretes gentis. A parte da piscina fica de frente para o mar e a vista parece não ter limites, tão linda😍

Very helpful Christine on Reception Team, did an amazing job of making our one night staycation. We're with you again from 24-28 December & very much looking forward to our longer break. In addition, every member of staff we interacted with was very helpful, exceeded our expectations, so yes, we'd happily highly recommend the Kerry Hotel to friends, family & colleagues. Exceptional!

We had the double 11 deal including dinner and breakfast. Overall a great experience. Staff was attentive and friendly. My partner and I checked in at different times and the front desk lady knew exactly which booking mine was before checking my ID. The same lady checked me out and remembered my name before going through the system. The small things :) Room was also clean, and we were given some desserts to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you for the awesome stay! The only comments I could think of is related to the breakfast and the pool. Some of my colleagues and I were not told at check-in that the dinner and breakfast would be at different locations. So in the morning we headed to the 3/F to find that it was empty, and that it only served breakfast on Sundays. We had to go down to the lobby to ask, before finally heading to 8/F for the breakfast. Suggestion here would be to have a sign on 3/F for something along the lines of "for Monday through Saturdays, please head to 8/F for breakfast". About the pool, we were just a little bummed that the pool was only opened 9-6 and we were here for a conference for those exact hours. It would be nice to have access to the pool for slightly extended hours, like in the morning before breakfast, say 6-8pm, and/or before dinner, say 6-7pm. Other than those minor suggestions for improvements, it really was a great stay and I hope you keep the service up :) Cheers!

Love the very ambient and understated decor. This night we want and had drinks at the popular RED SUGAR, great service from James Go who kept us topped up and entertained. Outdoor area has brilliant views and could be a great staycation

We have a decent staycation for our dating anniversary. Room is big and cozy. Dinner is still warm and taste good. Breakfast is amazingly good with very nice sea view. However, a little bit disappointed that my friend shared her experience to me that we can actually order 2 hot dishes for our breakfast, which we have only ordered one. Besides, we found hair in a towel. Luckily we have bring our own towels for our stay.

I am writing to express my appreciation for your excellent service and wonderful staff. Room was clean and tidy. We stayed 1 night and which was a prefect experience that we enjoyed the peace and quiet we needed. Especially want to say thanks to Ellie for the excellent check-in service, she was so attentive in details. She suggested us to upgrade our room with the Club Lounge privilege, which I enjoyed the most. The club lounge has a lovely view of the island and has great food put on for breakfast. We will highly recommend Kerry hotel to our friends.

Very nice hotel and the Club Lounge.Good check in experience.Staff at the Club friendly and attentive. Room clean and tidy.Lots of variety at club lounge breakfast. Recommend to have more hot food for afternoon tea and cocktail. Key cards at lift not too sensitive. Overall a very nice staycations experience.

It was a very pleasant experience. My family and I enjoy it very much. The staff was very kind, especially with our 2 kids. I would just suggest that some kind of kids entrainment or gift could be offered to guests who stay with kids. Apart from that, I simply find the hotel service excellent and would definitely come back and recommend to friends and families.

I did two separate staycations here this summer and I enjoyed it very much. The service at checking-in and out was great and the deals here are good. The food is delicious and the dockyard food court is a great set-up.The club lounge has a lovely view of the island and has great food put on for breakfast. The afternoon tea in the lounge could really step-up but the evening bit is good. A few touches that the hotel can easily make to make it feel more of a proper 5* hotel is:1) No mask holders or wipes at tables before dining 2) The pool loungers are limited and not all the best quality 3) The afternoon tea in the lounge could have more of a variety

Great facilities, wonderful staff and services with great location. I booked for my husband bday celebration and he loved everything about the hotel. The staffs are kind and very helpful. I’ll definitely come back again.

A lovely new hotel with fantastic views of Victoria Harbor. The dining choices are varied; the Dockyard is a nice one for more affordable food. Breakfast in the club lounge is amazing! The staff were great and very responsive, although at times their English wasn’t very clear. I was surprised at how much sound carried through the walls from the next door neighbors’ child. Still, nothing ruined our lovely stay by the pool watching the sailboats go by.

Our favourite hotel in Hong Kong! We have been celebrating our birthdays and anniversaries at Kerry Hotel for the past few years. The complimentary birthday cake (Chocolate Delice) is to die for. Service always excellent. Rooms are clean, modern and well-maintained. Everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel! Writing this as we are packing up to leave and already looking forward to the next time we come back! Thank you Kerry Hotel for your impeccable hospitality.

Hotel 5 estrelas, fica no centro da cidade de HongKong, em um predio bastante alto, de um lado com vista para a cidade maravilhosa do outro lado vista para o mar, tambem com piscina de frente para o mar, altissima qualidade, muito bom serviço, todos funcionarios falam ingles, pequeno almoço rico, em restaurante muito fino, com comida tanto oriental como ocidental. Alugam espaço para cerimonia de casamentos, restaurantes com pratos diversos e com "world plate". Recomendo. Melhor hotel que ja vi e estive.

Ha sido una estancia increíble. Nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas a Hongkong impresionantes, el servicio del hotel de un 10 y a la habitación no le faltaba de nada, estuvimos muy a gusto.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy acogedora ya desde la llegada al aeropuerto y el traslado al hotel, y de ahí en adelante en cada pequeño detalle. El trato personal y la eficacia en aconsejar, así como la flexibilidad, nos parecieron inmejorables. Las instalaciones son excelentes y la ubicación muy buena

Nuestra experiencia fue realmente excelente. Es un hotel realmente bien ubicado, con habitaciones cofortables y con unas vistas estupendas sobre la bahía. Agradecemos especialmente las atenciones recibidas por el hotel por el cambio de fecha de llegada debido al Tifón Mankhut. Recomendable! Volveremos ;-)

Kerry Hotel is still new in town, so the lobby and the room look very tidy and clean. The location isn’t the best as it isn’t near the train station and there is no shops nearby for food or shopping...
