“Definitely will not be my choice in Manama!!! -It’s not clean, I can swear that the bathroom was not cleaned before our stay, there was hair and dust in the bathroom corners and dirt in the sink before we use it. -The room view is so bad it overlooks the machines of the hotel, better keep your curtains closed. -The room smells bad and even the corridors + cooking smell in the lobby. -There was no long mirror in the room. -Very small room, suitable for work trips not for leisure. -There was only one electricity plug near the bed and not working. -Highly priced. -The location is super good, in City Center mall. -Friendly and helpful staff.”

“Had some points that needed using before the end of 2022 so stayed at this hotel for a night. At checkin the staff said that breakfast was not included but on seeing my confirmation email, he said it was included. The room was a decent size, fairly clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom had a tub rather than a standalone shower. The Executive/Club Lounge was a little small and only served breakfast (didn't try this as we had breakfast at the restaurant) and dinner. There is no service during lunch time! As for the happy hour from 6pm to 8pm, don't bother as they service cheap alcohol and don't have many choices. Another odd thing was guests were filling up takeaway containers with the leftover food (which I was later informed, is a remnant of Covid times that the hotel is trying to stop). The breakfast at the restaurant is a good spread. Had called Guest Services for an item and no one showed up so went into the hallway and asked the Housekeeping staff to get it. The hotel being connected to the City Centre mall makes it easy for guests to wander around and shop.”
