I had a wonderful time during my stay here. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. I met Alexander, the GM of the hotel by the rooftop pool twice and had brief conversations with him each time. He takes the time to greet each of the guests and ask how their stay is going which I think is great. The facilities are fantastic, I only spent time at the rooftop pool and not the other pool but I'm sure it was just as good. It's a great place to relax and get some tanning in. Good selection of drinks at snacks at the bar. Checking out was a breeze, I wish I could've stayed longer. They were helpful to call me a taxi to the airport. I would recommend friends to stay here if they're coming to Malta.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The central location is easy to get to from the airport and many main bus routes go right by. The refurbishment is beautiful and modern. The staff are extremely attentive and pleasant. The breakfast was great in both quality and quantity. The rooftop pool and bar are a nice touch with great views. The M Lounge food and drinks are the cherry on top for a great stay.

I am not one to write many reviews. However, this hotel deserves to be praised. The service is EXCELLENT. I can’t name one person because everyone from the bell boy to the hotel general manger were are very attentive and there customer service is outstanding. I will forever be grateful with the staff because they cared for me as if I was family. I fell and fractured my lower spine. Even though I DID NOT get injured at the hotel but at the beach. They cared for me and as a woman traveling solo, this meant the world to me being so far away from home. I will definitely be back to e hoy Malta and this wonderful hotel that is also very clean and location is perfect!!

Amazing service at this hotel. All the staff are so attentive and helpful. The location of this hotel is just perfect in the centre of St Julian. The spa and roof top terrace with the pool were my two favourite spots. The cocktails were also amazing! If you are thinking to visit Malta then I highly recommend that you stay here. I had a brilliant time with three of my friends. Thank you so much it has been magical.

I stayed at the Malta Marriott back in May with my three young children. This hotel and the service I received were spectacular. Excellent location and excellent views. From the time we arrived at the front door every Marriott employee went out of their way to make sure that myself and my children were well taken care of. The hotel itself was beautiful and well maintained. They were almost fully booked as a conference was being held there. Outside of the morning crowd at breakfast you could not tell. Every employee including management was all hands on deck to make sure everyone was accommodated and needs were met quickly. I cannot wait to go back again soon. Marriott should take notice. This hotel is where new management should be trained and shadow to learn the Marriott vision, mission, and service standard. Marriott Malta is the standard! - K. Martin
