No geral, uma experiência positiva no Northbury Hotel, ficamos quatro noites, achei a equipe amigável. Nosso quarto era muito limpo quando ele chegou, todos os acessórios e móveis estavam em boa forma e o ar-condicionado funcionava sem odores ou algo parecido. O café da manhã incluído estava acima de nossas expectativas, facilmente valendo US $ 10 ou mais por pessoa, com uma ótima variedade de opções, mesmo depois de alguns dias de estadia. Ficaria novamente!

En general, fue una experiencia positiva en el Northbury Hotel, estuvimos cuatro noches, el personal me pareció amable. Nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia cuando llegó, todos los accesorios y muebles estaban en buen estado y el aire acondicionado funcionaba sin olores ni nada por el estilo. El desayuno incluido estaba por encima de nuestras expectativas, fácilmente vale $ 10 por persona o más con una buena variedad de opciones incluso después de unos días de estancia. ¡Me quedaría de nuevo!

Overall a positive experience at the Northbury Hotel, stayed four nights, found the staff friendly. Our room was very clean when he arrived, all fixtures and furniture was in good shape and the AC worked with no odours or anything like that. The included breakfast was above our expectations, easily worth $10 a person or more with a nice variety of options even after a few days stay. Would stay again!

No início fiquei muito infeliz, mesmo pensando em ir para outro lugar. A senhora no balcão de check-in parecia não querer estar lá e me fez sentir muito mal recebida. Mais tarde naquela noite, uma nova jovem entrou. Ela foi muito agradável. A equipe de arrumação é maravilhosa. O maior elogio vai para a jovem no Café da Manhã, ela tornou toda a experiência incrível. Os quartos são nada médios que escrever, mas vale a pena.

Al principio me sentí muy infeliz, incluso considerando ir a otro lado. La señora del mostrador de facturación parecía no querer estar allí y me hizo sentir muy mal recibido. Más tarde esa noche, después de que entrara una nueva señorita. Fue muy agradable. El personal de limpieza es maravilloso. El mayor elogio para la jovencita de Breakfast, hizo que toda la experiencia fuera increíble. Las habitaciones no son nada especial, pero vale la pena.

At first I was very unhappy, even considering going elsewhere. The lady at the check in desk seemed to not want to be there, and made me feel very un welcomed. Later that night after a new young lady came in. She was very pleasant. The Housekeeping staff are wonderful. The most praise goes to the young lady at Breakfast she made the whole experience amazing. Rooms are average nothing to write home about, but worth it.

Eles precisam melhorar sua limpeza. Encontrei metade de um comprimido na mesa de cabeceira ...Além disso, a torneira do chuveiro estava meio quebrada. Era difícil de usar e só fechava em uma determinada posição (caso contrário, vazaria). Vazou quando o chuveiro estava ligado também, então a pressão da água estava fraca.No entanto, as camas e travesseiros eram bastante confortáveis. O AC / unidade de aquecimento funcionou muito bem e eu gostei que havia um microondas no quarto. A insonorização era boa - era muito calmo à noite.Os funcionários foram todos realmente excelentes e simpáticos. O café da manhã gratuito era um pouco simples, mas não era ruim.

Excelente atendimento ao cliente e acomodações. Saudações de boas-vindas e convidativas ao trabalhar com a equipe. A equipe trabalhou em conjunto para garantir que uma sala fosse bem preparada para mim e um toque adicional com uma nota de boas-vindas que acrescentou um toque pessoal real. Check-in antecipado acomodado para que eu possa me preparar para minha cerimônia de casamento às 4:00. Alheios ao fato de que o trabalho em equipe e o apoio mútuo são importantes, pois essa equipe, Shelly, Curtis, Aurora e Belinda trabalharam incansavelmente para tornar meu casamento especial espetacular. Necesitan mejorar su limpieza. Encontré la mitad de una pastilla en la mesita de noche ...Además, el grifo de la ducha estaba roto. Era difícil de usar y solo se cerraría en una posición determinada (de lo contrario, se filtraría). También goteaba cuando el cabezal de la ducha estaba funcionando, por lo que la presión del agua era débil.Sin embargo, las camas y las almohadas eran bastante cómodas. La unidad de aire acondicionado / calefacción funcionaba muy bien y me gustó que hubiera un microondas en la habitación. They need to improve their cleaning. I found half of a pill on the bedside table... Also, the shower faucet was kind of broken. It was hard to use and would only close at a certain position (otherwise it'd leak). It leaked when the shower head was running as well, so the water pressure was weak. However the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The AC/heating unit worked really well and I liked that there was a microwave in the room. Soundproofing was good - it was very quiet at night. The staff were all really great and friendly. The free breakfast was a bit simple but it wasn't bad.

Excellent customer service and accommodations. Welcoming and inviting greetings while working with staff. The staff worked together to ensure a room was well prepared for me and an added touch with a welcoming note which added a real personal touch. Accommodated early check in so I can prepared for my 4:00 wedding ceremony. Oblivious that teamwork and having each other’s back is important as this team, Shelly, Curtis, Aurora and Belinda worked tirelessly in making my special wedding spectacular. Hard working team. I recommend highly.

A very satisfying experience. Exceptional customer service, from front desk clerk, to dining staff, to even housekeeping be friendly. Rooms clean & quiet, with a free full seating breakfast offering. It's marked high on my list for a return visit.

Acabou de voltar de uma estadia de 4 dias / 3 noites no Northbury Hotel and Conference Center. A melhor característica que nos chama a atenção é o FANTÁSTICO BUFFET BREAKFAST servido diariamente das 7h às 10h. A comida e a seleção eram excelentes, mas era Aurora, nossa anfitriã todos os dias, que fazia essa experiência brilhar. Ela é a trabalhadora mais esforçada, uma personalidade incrível e ela cuida para que sua xícara de café nunca fique vazia. NORTHBURY, segure essa funcionária, trate-a bem !!! Funcionários como esse são difíceis de encontrar !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Um agradecimento especial a Aurora. Ela é uma das anfitriãs mais simpáticas, amigáveis, atenciosas e trabalhadoras no café da manhã. Acabo de regresar de una estadía de 4 días / 3 noches en el Northbury Hotel and Conference Center. La mejor característica que se destaca en nuestras mentes es el FANTÁSTICO DESAYUNO BUFFET que se sirve todos los días de 7 a.m. a 10 a.m. La comida y la selección fueron excelentes, pero fue Aurora nuestra anfitriona todos los días la que hizo brillar esta experiencia. Ella es la más trabajadora, una personalidad increíble y se asegura de que su taza de café nunca esté vacía. NORTHBURY, agárrese a esta empleada, trátela bien !!! ¡¡¡¡Empleados como este son difíciles de conseguir !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A special shoutout and thanks to Aurora. She is one of the nicest, friendliest, most attentive and hardworking hostess at the breakfast. As a matter of fact, all of the staff working at the breakfast were super friendly and helpful. There is nothing about my experience that was negative at Northbury. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Just got back from a 4 day/3 night stay at the Northbury Hotel and Conference Centre.The best feature that stands out in our minds is the FANTASTIC BUFFET BREAKFAST served daily from 7am to 10am.The food and selection was excellent, but it was Aurora our hostess everyday that made this experience shine.She is the hardest worker, an awesome personality and she sees to it that your coffee cup is never empty.NORTHBURY, hold on to this employee, treat her well!!!Employees like this are hard to come by!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
