Not the best Hilton I’ve stayed in. Lovely helpful staff, comfortable rooms ,but disappointing otherwise. Food menus limited. Only oneevening restaurant unless you count The Cotton Club which is not Hilton owned and is very pricy , but is in the grounds. Room service again limited and arrives in a Take-out bag with no cutlery!!In room tea/ coffee but only with powdered milk. Pool bar: serves food but again limited. Set in beautiful grounds on top of a cliff but you need a car/taxi if you want to leave the hotel. The nearest non hotel bar/ restaurant is 20 min walk.

Lugar incrível! O hotel em si é claramente não apenas construído, mas maravilhosamente renovado, tivemos uma vista deslumbrante do mar, que apenas pagou por tudo. A enorme piscina não nos deixou ir, nos dois primeiros dias nem quisemos sair dela e ir para o mar. Excelente café da manhã, equipe muito profissional, fluente em inglês e alemão, meu marido e eu ficamos tão satisfeitos que imediatamente agendamos outro trem e paramos novamente no Hilton!

Este lugar recebe 5 de 5 estrelas para mim por causa de seu excelente reconhecimento de membros com status Diamond. Eu consegui um upgrade de quarto de várias categorias para um quarto fabuloso e vouchers de bebidas grátis. É tão simples, mas muitos outros hotéis Hilton não podem fazer isso.Os quartos foram recentemente renovados, muito modernos e confortáveis. Sem problemas com eles. Máquinas Nespresso incluídas, o que foi um toque muito agradável.No entanto, a área da piscina parece um pouco datada. A piscina em si era limpa e grande. Mas eles realmente deveriam ter reconfigurado o espaço, para obter as incríveis vistas do oceano.Café-da-manhã foi sem brilho, definitivamente na faixa de 3-4 estrelas em vez de 4-5 estrelas. Não há variação entre os dias, portanto, se você tiver uma estadia longa, ficará entediado muito rapidamente.O almoço à beira da piscina era decente; grandes porções (o suficiente para compartilhar entre dois) por preços razoáveis.O resort fica distante de qualquer loja, restaurante, praia, etc. E só é realmente adequado para quem está de carro, se você está procurando sair e passear.Você pode ver, mesmo com esses negativos, ainda estou classificando 5 em 5, porque os quartos entregues, o serviço entregue e o reconhecimento de status entregue.

Me encantó el hotel, ubicación y vistas privilegiadas. La atención super cálida y amable, atentos sin ser invasivos. Disfrutar de las vistas y el restaurante en la zona de la piscina o del atardecer con con una copa y un show en el restaurante de la terraza, lo hacen un lugar único. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y volvería.

This place gets 5 out of 5 stars for me because of their outstanding recognition of Diamond status members. I got a multi-category room upgrade to a fab room and free drinks vouchers. Its so simple, but many other Hilton hotels can't even do this. Rooms are newly renovated, very modern, and comfortable. No issues at all with them. Nespresso machines included, which was a very nice touch. However, the pool area looks a bit dated. The pool itself was clean and big. But they really should have reconfigured the space, to get the amazing cliff views of the ocean. Breakfast was lacklustre, definitely in the 3-4 star range rather than 4-5 star range. No variation between days, so if you have a long stay, you'll get bored very quickly. Lunch by the pool was decent; big portions (enough to share between two) for reasonable prices. The resort is remote from any nearby shops, restaurants, beach, etc. And only really suitable for those with a car, if you're looking to get out and about. You can see, even with these negatives, I am still rating 5 out of 5, because the rooms delivered, the service delivered, and the status recognition delivered.

Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia no Hilton Galatzo. A área da piscina é ótima para passar o dia com as crianças e o bar da piscina oferece comidas e bebidas agradáveis. Os quartos são muito espaçosos e recém-reformados, banheiro também muito grande. O nosso quarto tinha uma varanda que era bom para relaxar à noite.

Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia de lua de mel aqui no Galatzo! Uma atmosfera tão relaxante com comodidades maravilhosas, incluindo música, bar, o melhor café da manhã e concierge útil. Adoramos a equipe de garçons, recepção e gerência. A recepção Maria foi acima e além para tornar a nossa estadia espetacular. Tivemos o prazer de falar com a gerente, Ana Jimenez e nos gabar de um estabelecimento tão maravilhoso! ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO!

Desde o primeiro segundo sentimo-nos muito acolhidos pela equipa, e este espírito esteve presente em todas as áreas, desde o pequeno-almoço/restaurante, passando pela zona da piscina e bar, passando pela camareira e seguranças. Ficamos impressionados. O nosso quarto era ótimo, o ar condicionado funcionou bem, o banho era bom (até o espaço do chuveiro pode ser um pouco maior), e o café da manhã e a meia pensão eram incríveis e deliciosos. Este hotel define os padrões de serviço ao mais alto nível. A próxima estadia em Mallorca, ficaremos no Hilton Galatzo novamente.

· son muchas las cosas que este hotel nos ofreció durante nuestra estancia, la ubicación, el entorno de la piscina y las tumbonas en la pineda y con unas vistas impresionantes la suite de 10 para una familia con 2 adolescentes, comida y equipada con 3TVs, el bufet del desayuno completo de calidad y con buen horario (8 a 11h), la cena a la carta del hotel con buen horario también para españoles ( hasta las 23h) y de calidad, con vistas extraordinarias al mar, pineda o piscina, la atención del personal, Javier, Biel, en recepción Marias (Andratx & Lisboa), Maria (Bar) Carolina, Nino, José María, ..aunque era evidente que está en rodaje desde la reapertura del mes pasado No gustó· faltaba información sobre aspectos básicos como la media pensión al tratarse de reapertura del hotel y personal que no hablaba castellano1) la comida en el bar de la piscina de calidad pero servida en unas cajas plásticas muy incómodas, válidas para comer en la tumbona pero no adecuadas para comer en una mesa de 4 comensales, desmerece el producto. 2) falta de zumos naturales en un 5*, mínimo el de naranja3) incentivar productos locales, via degustación en piscina, desayuno, etc que aporte singularidad a este hotel Hilton 4) restricción de horarios de piscina en mes de agosto con temperaturas de 38C5) ausencia de amenities (peine, algodones, cepillo dental, maquinillas, gorro de baño) en habitación ni indicación de que el hotel pueda proporcionarlos en caso necesario,

Let me just say…..my Mother had booked another hotel, Sunset Elba and when we walked into our room there was no way I was staring at a wall for the next 3 days!I immediately called the Hilton Diamond Member line and they found us a room!We left, got a cab and arrived at the Mallorca Hilton Galatzo!From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiling faces!ANNA, at the reception took EXCELLENT care of us!She heard our story, saw that we were Diamond Members and upgraded our room to a beautiful balcony suite overlooking the Mediterranean!WOW!We were also given 2 drink coupons and escorted to our suite via golf cart!The rooms have all been updated and for a hotel just being opened 2 months, we were very delighted!The pool is large and refreshing.FLORENTINA at the pool bar is very attentive and pleasant!The view is magnificent!No, it is not directly on the beach, it sits high on the hill with a view like no other!We were not going in the sea anyway! It’s quiet and peaceful with guest that enjoy and appreciate quality like us!As I realize there are still things to work out for this lovely hotel, I would recommend expanding the main dining menu to include comfort foods such as Hamburgers, Salads, Sandwiches, Pasta and a kids menu to keep everyone happy!I will say, the duck we had was wonderful!Also, it needs to be added to the Hilton App!😉 Hope to visit again soon and will be recommending this Hilton to anyone visiting Mallorca, thanks for a very memorable stay! We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Galatzo. The pool area is great to spend the day with the kids and the bar by the pool offers nice food and drinks. The rooms are very spacious and just refurbished, bathroom also very large. Our room had a balcony which was nice to relax in the evenings.

We have enjoyed our honeymoon stay here at Galatzo! Such a relaxing atmosphere with wonderful amenities including music, bar, best breakfast ever, and helpful Concierge. We love the staff from waitors, to front desk and management. Front desk Maria has gone above and beyond to make our stay spectacular. We were pleased to speak to the manager, Ana Jimenez and boast about such a wonderful establishment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From the first second we feel very welcome by the team, and this spirit was exhibit within all areas, from the breakfast/restaurant, over the pool area and bar, as well as housekeeping and security members. We were impressed. Our room was great, the AC worked well, the bath was good (even the shower space can be a bit larger), and the breakfast and half-board food was incredible delicious. This hotel sets service standards to the highest level. The next stay on Mallorca, we will stay in the Hilton Galatzo again.

Sou membro do Hilton Honors desde 2002 com status Diamond há mais de 10 anos... Esta foi minha pior experiência viajando pelo mundo! Antes de mais nada, cuidado com as fotos do site que enganam e são propaganda enganosa! Reservado e pago pelo quarto com vista para o mar, não apenas não recebeu upgrade complementar com base na disponibilidade como membro Diamond, mas também recebeu um downgrade! Muito decepcionado ... Os funcionários do hotel são sem noção, ficaram por 10 dias reservados nos primeiros 5 dias com pontos + dinheiro, em vez disso, eles cobraram o preço total do meu cartão de crédito e ignoraram os pontos, a recepção me disse que eles não têm visibilidade sobre os pontos de estadia! Cobrou-me para vista para o mar, pois é isso que eu inicialmente reservei e queria, mas acabei tendo uma vista de uma pedra e um prédio a 10 pés de distância da minha varanda, mas paguei pela vista para o mar! A recepção me disse que este hotel não possui suíte familiar de 2 quartos com vista para o mar, pois foi reformado recentemente, o que não era verdade! Todos os quartos com número par têm vista parcial para o mar. A planta de evacuação de emergência atrás da porta do meu quarto era a prova de que eles tinham esse tipo de quarto! Além disso, tive várias cobranças adicionais no meu cartão de crédito, que ainda estou tentando descobrir quais são! O ar condicionado esteve desligado em todo o hotel durante 24 horas, O serviço de piscina é terrível, eles sempre cometem erros com seus pedidos de comida e bebida. Contactado Hilton Diamond Concierge .. Eles me disseram que iriam escalar este assunto e ter o gerente do hotel pessoalmente lidar com a situação ... Mas ninguém do hotel fez nada sobre isso!Definitivamente não vou voltar e encorajo as pessoas a evitar este hotel, pois é um desastre e uma vergonha por ter uma marca Hilton!

O hotel tinha uma excelente vista sobre a montanha e o mar. Apesar de não ser perto da praia mas para quem quer ter umas férias tranquilas é uma escolha muito boa.Hotel está bem equipado com piscinas interiores e exteriores. Pequeno mas agradável SPA e sauna. Somos bem apreciados pela vista e nosso quarto também pelos serviços gentis.Quando voltarmos a Mallorca, com certeza escolheremos este hotel novamente.Mas também, se você não gosta de esperar.. não experimente o restaurante Alma.. esperamos 1 hora para tomar nosso Aperol e água das 21:00 às 22:00..De qualquer forma é uma excelente estadia.

I have been a Hilton Honors member since 2002 holding a Diamond status for over 10 years... This was my worst experience traveling the world! First of all watch out pictures on there website are deceiving and false advertisement! Booked and paid for sea view room not only didn't get complementary upgrade based on availability as a Diamond member, instead recived a downgrade! Very disappointed... Hotel staff are clueless, stayed for 10 days booked the first 5 days with points + cash, instead they charged my credit card full price and ignored the points, reception told me they don't have visibility over points stay! Charged me for Sea view as that is what I initially booked and wanted but ended up getting a view of a stone and a building 10 foot away from my balcony instead, but paid for sea view! Reception told me this hotel does not have 2 bedroom family suite with sea view, because it has been newly renovated, which was not true! All rooms with a even number have a partial view of sea. The emergency evacuation floor plan behind my room door was the proof that they did have that room type! In addition had multiple additional charges on my credit card which I'm still trying to figure out what they are! Air-conditioning was down at the whole hotel for 24 hours, Pool service is terrible, they always make mistakes with your food and drink orders. Contacted Hilton Diamond Concierge.. They told me that they would escalate this matter and have the hotel manager personally handle the situation... But no one from hotel did anything about it! Will definitely not go back and I encourage people to avoid this hotel as it is a disaster and disgrace for holding a Hilton brand!

The hotel had an excellent view on the mountain and sea. Although it’s not near the beach but for whoever wants to have a quite vacation it’s a very good choice. Hotel is well equipped with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Small but nice SPA and sauna. We are well appreciated by the view and our room also the gentle services. When we go back to Mallorca we will definitely choose this hotel again. But also, if you don’t like to wait.. do not try restaurant Alma.. we wait 1 hour to have our Aperol and water from 21:00-22:00.. Anyway it’s an excellent stay.

The hotel is isolated - itâs not easy to get into the nearest town, taxis would be needed. Itâs on a hill, and in the heat going up and down to local restaurants just isnât pleasant The hotel itself...
