Nice location central to Dayton area, quiet despite being near the university. Friendly, professional staff, good breakfast in the morning. 2 of our towels were dirty, we received prompt replacements of these during off hours after 1:00am. I would stay here again.

Este hotel em particular é mais como uma convenção tendo reuniões ou eventos de casamento não tanto de um não sei vinho e jantar, mas no geral era um bom hotel tinha muitas áreas de segurança perceptíveis. segurança na piscina avisando que não há salva-vidas de plantão Eu gosto dessa parte.a jacuzzi era maravilhosa meu quarto era excelente Eu só queria ter aquela porta que eles tinham no banheiro lol. Este hotel me deu algumas boas idéias para fazer algumas melhorias na casa LOL. E sim, minha garçonete era maravilhosa, ela te dá muito contato visual, é isso que eu gosto nela.

This particular Hotel it's more like a convention having meetings or functions wedding functions not so much of a I don't know wine and dine but overall it was a nice hotel had a lot of safety areas noticeable. pool safety letting you know that there is no lifeguard on duty I like that part.the jacuzzi was wonderful my bedroom was excellent I just wish I had that door that they had in the bathroom lol. This hotel give me some good ideas to do some Home Improvement LOL. And yes my waitress was wonderful she gives you a lot of eye contact that's what I like about her.

Minha esposa e eu ficamos aqui uma noite, enquanto na cidade para um procedimento no mesmo dia. Quarto era limpo, a cama era confortável e a equipe foi muito agradável. Acabei deixando meus caros fones de ouvido Bluetooth no quarto por engano e não percebi até que estava uma hora voltando para casa. Ao ligar para a recepção, eles se ofereceram para enviá-los diretamente para minha casa. Eu os recebi no dia seguinte.Agradeço a boa vontade e gentileza em devolver os fones de ouvido. Serei um cliente recorrente quando visitar novamente no futuro.

My wife and I stayed here one night while in town for a same day procedure. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. I ended up leaving my expensive Bluetooth headphones in the room by mistake and didn’t realize it until I was an hour into my drive home. Upon calling the front desk, they offered to mail them directly to my home. I received them the very next day. I appreciate the willingness and kindness for returning the headphones. I’ll be a returning customer when visiting again in the future.

Quando cheguei ao hotel. O pessoal foi educado e cortês. Eles não tinham muitos quartos disponíveis na época, então me deram um quarto no andar térreo. Enquanto estava trabalhando na sala, comecei a notar formigas rastejando na sala. Eu disse à recepção e eles enviaram Dan, um dos caras da manutenção para me ajudar. Ele não viu nenhuma das formigas, mas viu que eu não estava confortável, então ligou para a recepção e colocou no alto-falante. Ele perguntou a Hunter, o atendente da recepção, se havia algum quarto. O convidado diz que há um problema. Ao telefone, Hunter perguntou: "o assunto é relevante?" Incrédulo, Dan disse: "Bem, sim, qualquer problema que um hóspede tenha é relevante." Fiquei chocado e com raiva ao reclamar com o gerente e elogiar Dan. Se não fosse por Dan, eu não teria conseguido outro quarto. Dan é aquele que foi acima e além. Dan é aquele que merece 5 estrelas.

É um ótimo estabelecimento Marriott. Os quartos são limpos e bem decorados. As camas são confortáveis e as roupas de cama eram arrumadas e limpas.Duas coisas me impediram de dar uma 5ª estrela.# 1 Eles têm um papel impresso na recepção descrevendo que eles não estão limpando automaticamente os quartos durante a sua estadia, mas apenas ligando e eles vão entregar o seu quarto para você. Um dia, quando liguei por volta das 7h30, a senhora da recepção me disse que eles precisavam saber no dia anterior. Se for esse o caso, por que o jornal não diria isso? Fácil de consertar, então conserte.# 2 eles têm uma piscina coberta ao ar livre com uma parede divisória. Por alguma razão, havia centenas de insetos mortos flutuando na água. Eu verifiquei se os cestos do skimmer estavam cheios e descobri que a água nem estava sendo puxada por nenhum dos quatro cestos do skimmer, o que significa que uma bomba falhou ou não estava ligada. A recepção foi avisada e um funcionário da manutenção desceu depois de algumas horas e disse que sempre há insetos na piscina externa. Não acho que ele estava entendendo que havia um problema com o sistema de cesto do skimmer.No geral foi uma boa estadia. A equipe foi muito simpática e o hotel era confortável. Além das duas questões, eu definitivamente recomendo este estabelecimento e ficarei novamente em futuras viagens de Dayton.

Cuando llegué al hotel. El personal fue educado y cortés. No tenían muchas habitaciones disponibles en ese momento, así que me dieron una habitación en la planta baja. Las camas son cómodas y la ropa de cama estaba limpia y ordenada.Dos cosas me impidieron dar una quinta estrella.# 1 tienen un papel impreso en la recepción que describe que no están limpiando automáticamente las habitaciones durante su estadía, sino que simplemente deben llamar y cambiarán su habitación por usted. Cuando llamé alrededor de las 730 am un día, la señora de la recepción me dijo que necesitaban saberlo el día anterior. Si este es el caso, ¿por qué no diría esto el periódico? Fácil de arreglar, así que arréglalo.# 2 tienen una piscina cubierta al aire libre con una pared divisoria. Por alguna razón, había cientos de insectos muertos flotando en el agua. Revisé para ver si las canastas del desnatador estaban llenas y descubrí que ni siquiera se extraía agua a través de ninguna de las cuatro canastas del desnatador, lo que significa que una bomba falló o no estaba encendida. When I arrived at the hotel. The staff was polite and courteous. They didn't have a lot of rooms available at the time so I was given a ground floor room. As I was working in the room, I started noticing ants crawling in the room. I told the front desk and they sent Dan, one of the maintenance guys to help me. He didn't see any of the ants, but he saw I wasn't comfortable so he called the front desk and placed it on the speaker. He asked Hunter, the front desk attendant, if there were any rooms. The guest says there is an issue. On the phone, Hunter asked, "is the issue relevant?" In disbelief, Dan said, "well yes any issue a guest have is relevant." I was shocked and angry to where I complained to the manager and praised Dan. If it wasn't for Dan, I wouldn't have gotten another room. Dan is the one who went above and beyond. Dan is the one who deserves 5 stars.

It's a nice Marriott property. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Beds are comfortable and bedding was neat and clean. Two things stopped me from giving a 5th star. #1 they have a printed paper at the front desk describing that they are not automatically cleaning rooms during your stay but to just call down and they will turn your room for you. When I called down around 730 am one day the lady at the front desk told me they need to know the day before. If this is the case why wouldn't the paper say this? Easy to fix so fix it. #2 they have an indoor outdoor pool with a divider wall. For whatever reason there were hundreds of dead bugs floating on the water. I checked to see if the skimmer baskets were full and found that water wasn't even being pulled through any of the four skimmer baskets which means that a pump failed or was not on. The front desk was advised and a maintenance person came down after a few hours and he said there is always bugs in the outdoor pool. I don't think he was understanding that there was an issue with the skimmer basket system. Overall it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was comfortable. Other than the two issues I'd definitely recommend this property and will stay again on future Dayton trips.

Serviço de atendimento ao cliente fantástico. Eu absolutamente amo Kiki, nossa senhora de serviço no restaurante do andar de baixo. Fantastic customer service. I absolutely love Kiki, our service lady at the downstairs restaurant. She's fun, encouraging, and loves to celebrate the successes of her guests. She even did a victory dance when we told her we passed out exams. So glad Marriott hired her. I hope she stays around for years to come!
