“The room was dirty and the service was terrible. My key card stopped working numerous times, either to access to floor or my room. The reception was condescending saying that I only had to insert the key card and remove it and everything would be fine. They later discovered my room wasn't the only one having issues. The service in the hotel was less than acceptable for the price range and level they are ranked at.”
