Este hotel está bem localizado, e o espaço compartilhado é adorável, mas a comunicação do hotel sobre o que não estaria disponível era inexistente. Bom para o preço, já foi um hotel de qualidade, não agora. Trate isso como um orçamento. Tivemos o desagrado de um músico de rua amplificado que não sabia cantar nem tocar guitarra, tocou até as 12h30, o café da manhã estava tão bom, embora o garçom fosse fantástico, será que eu voltaria? Staff great. This place does not seem to have got through covid without becoming a little run down. Nothing that a little living attention wouldn't fix (marked walls, peeling paint etc). Our room was great, however, it is worth noting this hotel is next to the station and so you hear all the train announcements and there is the buzz of passengers heard though into the night The location is fantastic and the staff were great

This hotel is well placed, and the shared space is lovely, but the communication from the hotel on what wouldn't be available was non existent. No proper breakfast and no lounge access, despite being part of the room booking. The suite was not worth it at all, large, but very basic and soul less

Good for the price , was once a quality hotel , not now . Treat it as a budget. We had the displeasure off a amplified busker that couldn't sing or.play guitar , went on till 12.30 , breakfast was so so though the server was fantastic, would I go back? Yes all in all my wife and I had a great.stay., just dont expect too much

I was happy with cleanliness and the staff were very helpful. I was extremely disappointed in the breakfast choices,well below expectations for this type of hotel. I have stayed in 2 previous hotels in the last few months and they no longer quoted covid as a reason. I would not recommend your hotel.

Nothing special! Overnight stay for a birthday weekend. Paid a little more for something a little different. Wish I stayed in travel lodge or Premier Inn not that far away. The room was some what clean with a hair in the sink, dust along the walls. Toilet seat was chipped. Single pain windows so very noisy from George Square at all hours. The hotel was so hot used fan provided in room and actually helped with the noise. During our stay we never seen any staff members wearing masks. Understandably not worn behind the desk but none seen with house keeping or when moving around the hotel.Would save money next time get a modern clean room for cheaper down the road.

Escolhi este hotel por causa de sua localização na George Square e estou muito feliz por ter escolhido. O hotel é adorável por dentro, moderno e muito limpo. Meu quarto tinha uma vista da cidade que adorei. Sentei-me de manhã com um café e assistia e ouvia a cidade acordando. Simplesmente linda. Havia uma geladeira, ferro e tábua de passar, um ventilador e até mesmo um cofre no quarto.Minha cama era super confortável e tive ótimas noites de sono. Café saboroso e biscoitos na bandeja de chá. O banheiro era excepcionalmente limpo com lindas toalhas macias e uma banheira com chuveiro, o que é perfeito porque eu amo um banho. Restaurante muito bom, mas não estava servindo comida quando eu estava lá, infelizmente. O bar também é bom com assentos na frente do hotel para que você possa ver o mundo passar. segurança, pois você tem que usar seu cartão-chave para acessar os andares do hotel pelo elevador e escadas.Todos os funcionários são super simpáticos e eu definitivamente voltaria.

Fantastic location, next door to Queen Street Train Station and our Suite overlooked George Square.The rooms were clean and smelled of green apples, lovely and fresh.It was a really warm weekend so we were glad of the fan which is a bit like Beyonce's wind machine!Brilliant!Could have done with air conditioning though as it was roasting in the rooms!I have to mention the breakfast waitress who went out of her way to get me oat milk for my cereal on the second morning (without being asked).I can't take cows milk so am used to missing out but it was a lovely surprise and I really appreciated it, just shows how much they care for their guests and go that extra mile.The staff were all friendly and any request we had for buckets of ice and robes was immediately fulfilled.We had a great girlie break and will be back.Thank you.

I chose this hotel because of its location on George Square and I'm so glad I did.The hotel is lovely inside,modern and very clean.My room had a city view which I loved.I sat in the morning with a coffee and watched and listened to the city waking up.Just beautiful. There was a fridge,iron and ironing board, a fan and even a safe in the room.My bed was super comfy and had great nights sleep.Tasty coffee and biscuits in the tea tray.The bathroom was exceptionally clean with nice fluffy towels and a bath with shower which is perfect as I love a bath.Really nice restaurant but weren't serving food when I was there sadly.Bar is nice too with seating along the front of the hotel so you can watch the world go by.Good security as you have to use your key card to access the hotel floors by the lift and stairs.All the staff are super friendly and I would definitely go back.

Está muy céntrico y es no es un hotel nuevisimo, pero es muy acogedor, muy limpio, camas cómodas y muy buena atención. También tengo que decir que había un recepcionista español, José, y nos ayudó mucho. Totalmente recomendable, y si volvemos por la zona (espero que si), no me importaría repetir en este hotel.

Mi impresión es que está un poco descuidado. Se nota que hace años era de los mejores hoteles pero desde entonces parace que no han intentado renovarse. Las habitaciones son muy amplia y techos altos. Y el servicio no fue del todo agradable
