Um hotel muito agradável, com um serviço acolhedor (exceto talvez a senhora no café da manhã).Os quartos são bons, super limpos!Além disso, a piscina é um plus, e a academia é super agradável!E claro, é o centro da cidade tão perfeito para visitar a cidade de Puebla

A very nice hotel, with a warm service (except maybe the lady at the breakfast). Rooms are nice, super clean! Also the pool is a plus, and the gym is super nice! And of course, it’s downtown so perfect to visit the city of Puebla

La habitación linda, solo que al baño le hace falta mantenimiento, la tapa del wc estaba floja y ya en mal estado. La alberca con agua tibia, lo cual esta excelente, solo que el área super descuidada, había pasadores de cabello al lado ya oxidados en el piso, y la sombrilla de los camastros muy rota.

El hotel ,.muy cómodo, limpio,habitación amplia, todo funciona muy bien. Lo único por lo que no recomendaríapara viajeros de negocios como yo, es.por el restaurante y no por los alimentos, sino por las facturas, han pasado 10 días y no me podido entregar las facturas del restaurante, las de hospedaje si se entregaron , pero al parecer el restaurante es independiente, pero está dentro de sus instalaciones por lo que pareciera que es de el mismo hotel, pero no se hacen responsables los miembros del hotel y se requieren para comprobación de gastos. Ojalá se.pyeda remediar muy pronto.

no conocía Puebla, tampoco el mejor Hotel de la ciudad :D, quedé muy complacido con el servicio, habitación amplia, baño impecable, la cama y almohadas comodísimas, muy amable el personal, el estacionamiento tiene costo de $60 por noche pero muy buen servicio también, a dos cuadras del Zócalo por si te gusta caminar te quedan cerca muchos comercios, restaurantes, sin dudarlo regresaré cuando tenga la oportunidad de visitar Puebla de nuevo

Buenas instalaciones y buena atención del personal. Buena ubicación a unas cuadras del centro histórico. Algunos detalles que mejorar en amenidades de la habitación como botellas de agua o quizá frigobar con bebidas. Y al menos en mi habitación el lavabo estaba algo tapado ya que tardaba en irse el agua.

I would not recommend this hotel at all!! There was a total of 47 of us in a Pilgrimage Tour and the hotel staff was completely rude!! Especially down when we had our breakfast buffet when we asked one of the waitresses for a cup of tea and she completely rolled her eyes as though it was a bother!! She didn’t say a word, not even thank you, excuse me. She was dressed in a dark color uniform and her hair pulled up! I mentioned this to our tour guide and she agreed that everyone of us complained and we are pulling out of this hotel chain for any future use!!! You want business, but you can’t perform professionally

La ambientación es del estilo de los 70's con ese papel tapiz y adornos, la habitación es cómoda sin embargo me toco un cuarto donde el anterior huésped se notó que fumo en el baño, por que tapó el lavabo con ceniza, fuera de eso fue una habitación limpia, otro punto es la iluminación, utilizan foco de luz amarilla, el personal es amable y eficiente, la piscina es muy chica, en cuestión de profundidad y longitud, en profundidad es de 1.50m aprox pero tienen agua tibia, el gimnasio es igual pequeño, pero tienen suficientes máquinas para hacer una rutina completa, en general por la calidad/precio para una habitación estándar está bien.

Las camas bastante cómodas. El desayuno buffet muy rico con opción de preparación en el momento de huevitos, chalupas, etc. Lo peor lo relativo a las atenciones con problemas para surtir toallas en la habitación o que no dejaban agua de cortesía después del servicio de habitación

Lo mejor es los jueves la música en vivo, trova y versátil. Hay dos por uno en tequilas y cervezas así que el precio es más que justo. Tienen buenos platillos, generosas porciones pero pues a precio de hotel claro. Un lugar excelente para pasar un rato como los antigüos lobby bar. La música de lo mejor.

Aunque fue corta mi estancia en el hotel (llegué por la noche y muy temprano tuve que partir), debo decir que cumple en detalles para otorgarle 5 estrellas: la habitación estaba limpia, el ventanal está adaptado para ahogar el sonido, el servicio de transporte de equipaje es funcional y el baño es bastante amplio, adaptado con una tina por si se ofrece; además, la ubicación es excelente para diligencias o viajes al centro de la ciudad.Como un extra, agradezco que se me cambió a una habitación con dos camas para mayor comodidad de mi familia, lo cual es destacable en cuanto atención.Cabe señalar que no incluye cortesías en cuanto a botanas y bebidas alcohólicas y azucardas ya que ello solo lo he notado en sus hoteles "Collection", pero venga, está correcto por lo que ofrece.Tal vez el único detalle es que no incluye el estacionamiento, por lo que se paga uno que está anexo al edificio pero que se compensa por estar abierto las 24 horas.

Check in process was not good: the clerk in charge told me to wait for 2 hours and was asked to return later (the next day I saw people registering at the same hour I arrived the day before). When I returned to the hotel I had to wait for half an hour because the room was not ready. Anyway, there were few amenities and the A/C did not work properly. The room only had a small window. 1st night. Without A/C, the temperature was nearly 80ºF so I slept with the window half opened. It seems that the room was over the kitchens because when I woke up the room smelled of fried onions. I reported the broken A/C and by noon it all worked perfectly. The staff was very efficient and left some nice details in the room. From the 2nd night until the check out process it all went well.

I was nice to come back to the NH hotel PUEBLA staff is welcoming and you get to have Nespresso coffee in your room walks away from the cathedral I recommend all my clients to it

Poor maintenance, stains in the carpet, poor quality rooms. The night staff was amicable and helpful. I do not recommend this hotel for your stay in Puebla; there are several options to have a better experience in the city.

Great hotel for the price and services! A little out dated....but it gave me everything I needed. Price, excellent wifi, clean, great locale for in town and surroundings, great security parking for guests, and the clincher, their excellent customer service skills from everyone at the 🛏️🛍️ I would definitely come back and a great recommendation!

We stayed here for 1 night. Basically came to sleep since we were out exploring Puebla. For starters, the sheets and bedding are coarse and harsh. There is a light that blinks all night and prevents you from a good nights sleep. The “safe” unlocked with any code, which I realized until we were leaving. The rooms do not have a Nespresso maker, which comes standard at all NH hotels I have been to. There was no mini fridge or iron/ironing board in the room. There were fingerprints all over the glass window. This is NOT up to NH standards across the world. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid it all costs.

Ofrecen buena atención, el personal muy amable y servicial, sin embargo en la habitación solo había una toalla, ponen solo 1 jaboncito que no alcanza para dos personas y tampoco te ponen crema. Otros hoteles siendo más sencillos te dan ese servicio. También en la habitación solo había un enchufe disponible y otro en el baño y la llave del lavabo está muy inpractica, te lavas las manos y se escurre el agua al mueble. Por el precio que pagas deberían cuidar esos detalles. Fuera de eso estaba muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda.

A apenas 5 minutos do Zócalo de Puebla, você encontrará este hotel moderno e aconchegante, com atenção excepcional de todos os funcionários. Possui todas as medidas sanitárias que este local pode oferecer (tapete higienizador na entrada, gel antibacteriano em locais estratégicos, todo o pessoal com máscara facial e limpeza impecável) O quarto "standard" em que ficamos é grande, tem uma casa de banho igualmente grande (com secador, jacuzzi, ficha para máquina de barbear) Um cofre, um guarda-roupa pequeno se houver mais de duas pessoas vários dias, uma tela com uma variedade de canais e wi-fi. Este local possui, entre outras coisas, um ginásio próprio com vários equipamentos, uma pequena piscina no último andar do edifício, bem como um salão de festas. Se comprar o seu quarto com pequeno-almoço incluído, recomendo o “pequeno-almoço continental” por ser o mais completo. Tem parqueamento.

A tan solo 5 minutos del Zócalo de Puebla, se encuentra este moderno y acogedor hotel, con una atención excepcional por parte de todo el personal. Cuenta con todas las medidas de sanidad que este lugar puede ofrecer ( tapete sanitizante en la entrada, gel antibacterial en lugares estratégicos, todo el personal con cubrebocas y una limpieza impecable ) La habitación "estándar" en la que nos quedamos es grande, cuenta con un baño igual de grande ( con secadora, jacuzzi, enchufe para la rasuradora ) Una caja de seguridad, un guardarropa algo pequeño si es que van mas de dos personas y por varios días, Una pantalla con variedad de canales y WiFi. Este lugar cuenta entre otras cosas con su propio gimnasio con varios aparatos, una pequeña alberca en a planta alta del edificio, así mismo con una sala de fiestas. Si adquieres tu habitación con desayuno incluido, te recomiendo el "desayuno continental" ya que es el mas completo. Cuenta con estacionamiento.

I cannot understand the positive reviews. The furniture of the rooms is quite run down. Our first room had feces on the toilet and a towel was missing. The bathroom was generally not cleaned well. We changed rooms. Second room had no soap, no bottled water (as is usual), a foot print on the night stand and was generally quite dusty. Now we are waiting for the third room. Unbelievable for the money they are asking and for being a 4-star hotel. Also, the carpets in the corridors are not vacuumed properly. Will not come back.

Este hotel cuenta con una muy buena ubicación en el centro histórico. Las habitaciones son amplias y funcionales aunque no cómodas del todo. El servicio es muy bueno, pero se me hizo increíble el ver que no te dejan ni una botella de agua entre las cortesías de habitación. En hoteles de menor categoría y precio en el mismo centro histórico si lo hacen y esto realmente me desilusionó, pero es un buen hotel en general.

Fabulous and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. We had a great city view as well as of the Volcano Popocatepetl. Very nice pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is excellent... For visiting the historic city centre. There's car accommodation. If you're used to altitude there's a nice gym very well maintain. Hotel staff was excellent. I'm scoring 3 stars because my room looked quite worn out. The sofa definitely need a cleaning and walls were in need of some painting. The bathroom tub had a very inefficient glass screen so I end up splashing all the bathroom floor. Bathtub was slippery so be careful since there isn't any anti slip rug

Good hotel with pretty good location. You are not further away than 8 minutes walking from the main attractions. Rooms could use a bit of a remodel but overall it is pretty good. The room appeared to be a bit under furnished with a lot of wasted space. But I guess extra space is never bad. Had a huge wall that could have had a fantastic view but the window was pretty small. Kind of an odd design choice. Would stay here again. Despite design flaws you cannot beat location and good service.

I stayed at the hotel for a week last month, was visiting from the United States. I really enjoyed the stay here. They have very nice and clean rooms. The staff was accommodating! Breakfast was amazing!! They had a variety of food and drinks to choose from. The location of the hotel was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
