Good location for trains. Slightly inconvenient to main town. Gym is ok. No swimming pool, sauna, steam room. Great little shop (24 hours) in reception

I wasn't aware that the check in time is 5pm and I've arrived from Singapore at 10am in the morning. However, Artemis and her team at the front desk were really empathetic and tried their best to give me a room as early as possible so that I could recover from the long flight. The room also came fully quipped with hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The location is superb too, really near to Utrecht Centraal station with nearby shops and mall for convenient shopping. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with large rooms, breakfasts typical for continental Europe with large variety of food and drinks. Location excellent next to the train station and old city. Perfect for staying during the business trip. Recently breakfasts slightly less varied than in pre-Covid times, however still broad enough selection to satisfy anyone. In general, I'm always very satisfied after staying there.

Hotel com localização central, facilmente acessível por transportes públicos e muito estacionamento ao redor. A equipe do hotel nos recebeu muito bem, após o que seguiu o caminho para o quarto. Os corredores são um pouco sombrios, mas depois de abrir a porta do quarto, vi um quarto mobiliado moderno. O quarto tem um banheiro limpo e arrumado, uma boa cama e pouco barulho da rua. O café da manhã era muito bom e com muitas possibilidades de escolha. Perto do hotel pode fazer compras, almoçar e jantar ou visitar a feira. Tudo a uma curta distância.

My mother, my brother and me spent some days in Utrecht in Early March and returned to the NH Utrecht. We have been here before quite some times, and we never have been disappointed, nor have we been this time. We enjoyed our stay a lot, like always, and I dont have a single thing to complain about.The hotel is in the city centre of Utrecht, next to the Jaarbeursplein in front of the Central Station. We arrived by train, and gettin to the hotel could not be easier, it is less than a five minute walk from the station itself. The historic old city around the Oude Gracht can be easily reached on foot too and is less than a ten minute walk away.The rooms are spacious, even when shared with 3 persons, clean and comfortable and have a modern bathroom with rain shower. They feature a TV with all the Dutch station and selection of internactional TV channels. I´d advise who isn´t too afraid of heights to ask for a room in the higher levels of the building. They provide awesome views over the city of Urecht.The food in the hotel was exceptionally good too. The breakfast buffet provides a really wide variation of everything: Bread, meat, cheese, fruit, cooked and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, dairy, careals and even more. The quality of the food provided is really good and you can even have your eggs made fresh to your selection, if you wish so. The same goes for dinner. We had dinner at the hotel bar too, and both times we chose to eat their really enjoyed our food a lot. The food is tastyy and the prices are reasonable for the high quality of food provided.And last, but absolutely not least, the staff was, like always, exceptionally friendly and helpful at every moment. Everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcome,everyone at the reception, at the breakfast room, and especially the bar staff, even remembering us although our last stay was quite some time ago and welcoming us back. I can only say, to everyone of the staff, that we appreciate we appreciate what you do very, very much, and we will love coming back again in the future!

Ótimo hotel para quando você visita Utrecht para fazer negócios ou para uma conferência.O lobby/decoração é sóbrio e minimalista. Você não deve reservar este hotel para sair no lobby à noite. Os quartos também são sóbrios e 'limpos' mobiliados. Limpo e equipado com as coisas que você espera em 4*, como cofre e ferro de passar. O encanamento estava bem. Achei o café da manhã surpreendente: muita escolha, produtos frescos. Também a possibilidade de uma omelete. Muito bem. A localização também é excelente, você pode caminhar até o Jaarbeurs em 5 a 10 minutos ou até o centro via Catherijne.

Super clean rooms and modern building. Possibility to rent a bike for 3 hrs (12 euro) or 24 hrs (16 euro). Wifi and fitness center for free, 24/7 food market next to the entrance. The hotel is 3 minutes walking distance from the train station. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel limpo. Tudo bem arrumado e cuidado. Idealmente localizado em Utrecht, ao lado da estação. Jaarbeurs e teatro quase contra isso. 10 minutos a pé e você está bem no centro.

Het is alsof je thuiskomt, maar dan anders! Utrecht blijft bouwen en veranderen, dat maakt deze stad zo levendig. Kom je met de trein vanuit Schiphol wees er dan van bewust dat je het hele station moet doorlopen om er aan de achterkant uit te komen. Daar is een hele lange hoge trap naar beneden, maar er zijn ook 2 liften. Als je beneden aan komt zie je rechts van je het NH-Hotel Utrecht. Het is even laveren tussen tramrails en fietsers, maar het is slechts 5 minuten lopen.

Teve uma educação aqui. Foi bem cuidado pelo hotel. Beba bastante líquido durante o treino e um bloco de notas. O almoço no restaurante foi saboroso, para todos os gostos. Pratos quentes e frios. Nice staff pronto para perguntas ou ajuda.

Habitaciones amplias, personal amable y buen desayuno. A 15 minutos andando del centro. No dispone de parking en el mismo hotel.

El hotel está situado en una zona perfecta para conocer el centro de Utrecht y su zona histórica. Además, la cercanía a la estación de tren es ideal para otros desplazamientos. Bastante bien relación calidad precio, pero nos ha sorprendido mucho que no tienen la calefacción conectada y nos ofrecían mantas o un pequeño radiador. Esto en octubre..pues se ha llevado medio bien, no quiero pensar en diciembre el frío que hará.

Super great hotel with good amenities. Excellent service and front desk personnel are very responsive to our requests. Would have given them five stars, but I was charged 39 euros additional upon checkout for use of prime wifi, meanwhile I didn’t even know there was such thing. All I did was sign in using the room # and last name for wifi service that was advertised as free.

I've been here almost 100 times without a single issue or complaint, and it definitely is my favourite hotel in Utrecht. Actually it's the only one where I can't complain about anything. The location is perfect - walking distance from the main station, and the view from the room windows, especially on the higher floors, pleases eyes. The staff is kind, well-trained and pleasant, even when you arrive to check in very late at night. Rooms are clean, spacious enough and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is pure pleasure with great choice of high quality products. For me other hotels in Utrecht don't exist, and I've tried many :)

Credit where credit is due. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is nice. However room service does not happen even after requesting it multiple times. (The excuse is ridiculous) They really cheaped out on the shampoo / no conditioner / no bath robe / no slippers. Will be going back to Utrecht in 2 weeks and will NOT be staying here

Bom hotel para passar 2 ou 3 noites. A localização é um pouco longe das atracções de Ultrech. Não é maravilhoso mas é ok!

Faltan ascensores. Servicio en el bar y al mostrador superbien!!! 2 veces al año estamos allí con la empresa Medland Spain hace ya unos años y siempre igual de muy bien! Habitaciones grande y limpias.
