“Nice but small rooms. Good breakfast. Great location with many things in walking distance.”

“I’m a Le Club Gold member and have stayed at this hotel a few times before. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of my room this time and would give 4.5 stars to the house keeping. However, the service at the hotel front desk was quite slow in general and they should do more to give priority to the loyalty club member as this is a repeated issue every time I stay at this hotel.
When we arrived at the hotel just after midnight on Tuesday, the front desk receptionist spent some time looking at our reservation and then decided to go to the back office to get another lady (probably a more senior person?) to check us in. The next day when I woke up, I realized that she had forgotten to give me the welcome pack with welcome drink coupons as they had always done in the past. Although we might not have time to actually use the coupons this time, I was disappointed that they had not noticed their negligence until I mentioned this to them when I checked out.”
