Não atualizado muito recentemente, mas cama muito confortável e excelente para uma parada na estrada. Café-da-manhã foi sólido e serviço é excelente. Seria 5 estrelas se eles não nos verificar em um quarto sujo na primeira vez. Não é a falha da mesa da frente, pois a sala foi informada como limpa no log de limpeza.

O hotel é um pouco mais velho, mas bem mantido. Suas salas de conferências são espaçosas, com equipamentos de som que funcionam bem. A comida é padrão para a maioria dos hotéis e não é saudável, mas essa é a minha maior reclamação. A equipe é atenciosa e eu ficaria aqui, apenas observe os buracos ao entrar no estacionamento.

Este foi um hotel agradável e limpo e os quartos / localização era decente. A minha maior reclamação foi que deveríamos ter 2 rainhas e, em vez disso, tivemos cheias ... não horríveis, mas muito apertadas, com 2 adultos adultos dividindo cada cama. Certifique-se de colocar a placa "não perturbe", porque a limpeza baterá à sua porta continuamente a manhã toda, mesmo depois que eles souberem que você ainda está lá.

Ótimo serviço e excelente café da manhã! Serviço de transporte me pegou. O tamanho do quarto era adequado para 1 pessoa. 2 pessoas teriam sido apertadas. Amigável, serviço profissional. Prédio antigo, mas mantido muito bem considerando a idade. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente e recomendo aos amigos.

Eu estava aqui para um torneio de sinuca que acontece neste local todos os anos. Foi recentemente alterado de um Holiday Inn para um estabelecimento Radisson. Eu reconheci alguns da mesma equipe que foi bom. Os quartos são muito agradáveis, com pequeno refrigerador e forno de microondas. A única coisa que posso reclamar é a equipe do restaurante! ... Não estava ocupado no momento em que estávamos lá ... Talvez como 6 mesas ... Eles tinham mais do que suficiente equipe e parecia 2 boas esperar pessoas com um bom busser de mesa poderiam lidar com isso, mas ainda assim eu pensei que parecia que a maioria estava em pé ou apenas tentando parecer ocupada! ... Na minha opinião, mesmo que o lugar estivesse lotado ... 4 pessoas que esperam bem foi capaz de lidar com isso ...

É um edifício antigo, mas não horrível. A equipe é ótima! O fitness center não era nada para se gabar. A piscina era decente. Eu pessoalmente gostei do meu quarto. Era um dos quartos menores na esquina do prédio. Sempre foi limpo e abastecido adequadamente.

Fácil de encontrar, muito estacionamento, bonito à primeira vista! Aqui e ali, você pode dizer que o prédio está ficando um pouco velho, provavelmente precisa de uma atualização / remodelação em algum momento. Mas nada terrível. Piscina era uma temperatura agradável. Os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Muito boa experiência, tudo dito :)

O interior do hotel precisa de vários tipos de manutenção. Os elevadores eram velhos, trémulos e o chão acumulava sujeira nos cantos. A sala estava boa, exceto que o chão tinha pedaços de comida dos ocupantes anteriores, eles haviam deixado suas coisas na geladeira e o controle remoto da TV não funcionava. A cama era muito confortável eo chuveiro funcionou muito bem. Também o lobby é bonito e carrinhos de bagagem eram abundantes. Foi adequado para uma noite.

Fácil de encontrar, mucho estacionamiento, hermoso a primera vista. Aquí y allá se nota que el edificio está un poco viejo, probablemente necesite una actualización / remodelación en algún momento. Pero nada terrible. La piscina estaba a una temperatura agradable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas. El personal fue amigable y útil. Bastante buena experiencia, todo dicho :)

El interior del hotel necesita varios tipos de mantenimiento. Los ascensores eran viejos, tambaleantes, y los pisos tenían una acumulación de suciedad en las esquinas. La habitación estaba bien, excepto que el piso tenía trozos de comida de los ocupantes anteriores, habían dejado sus cosas en la nevera y el control remoto del televisor no funcionaba. La cama era muy cómoda y la ducha funcionaba muy bien. Además, el vestíbulo es hermoso y los carros de equipaje eran abundantes. Fue adecuado para una noche.

Great service and excellent breakfast! Shuttle service picked me up. Room size was adequate for 1 person. 2 people would have been cramped. Friendly, professional service. Old building, but maintained very well considering it's age. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Its an older building but not horrible. The staff is great! The fitness center was nothing to brag about. The pool was decent. I personally liked my room. It was one of their smaller rooms on the corner of the building. It was always cleaned and stocked properly.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, beautiful at first glance! Here and there you can tell the building is getting a little old, probably needs an update/remodel at some point. But nothing terrible. Pool was a nice temperature. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty good experience, all told :)

The hotel's interior needs various types of maintenance. The elevators were old, wobbly, and the floors had an accumulation of dirt in the corners. The room was OK except that the floor had food bits from the previous occupants, they had left their things in the fridge, and the TV remote didn't work. The bed was very comfy and the shower worked great though. Also the lobby is beautiful and luggage carts were plentiful. It was adequate for a night.

I was here for a pool tournament that is at this location every year. It has pretty recently changed from a Holiday Inn to a Radisson property. I did recognize some of the same staff which was nice. The rooms are very nice with small refrigerator and microwave. The only thing I can complain about is the staff in the restaurant!... It wasn't busy at the time we were there... Maybe like 6 tables... They had more than enough staff and it looked like 2 good wait persons with a good table busser could of handled it but yet I thought it looked like most were standing around or just trying to look busy!... In my opinion even if the place was packed... 4 good wait persons should have been able to handle it...

Ordered the skillet breakfast. It was so greasy, like 5 times more grease than it should have had. Couldn't eat it. Then ordered the Thanksgiving special, very dry and get this, NO CRANBERRY SAUCE. AND IT'S THANKSGIVING. NO CRANBERRY SAUCE? But the servers were great. Too bad that the rest of the place wasn't as good as the servers. A disservice to the servers. Folks, do your self a huge favor and drive a few miles to Little America. They have real gourmet chef's there. Seriously, the food there is to die for. It's incredible.

Use to be a Holiday Inn. Popular place in Cheyenne for events. My Lion's Club meets here twice a month. They cater our meeting and take care of the regalia of our club. I have attended social, business and educational events here. I would recommend that you check that your av equipment is compatible with the facilities. Shared a brew with a bud after an educational event in the Fireside Lounge. It's what you would expect in a Hotel. No taps. That made me kind of sad. :( Afterword we had prime rib in Sandalwoods. They know what medium rare is. I have not spent the night there, so I would not give a rating or make comments on Hotel.

Not updated too recently, but very comfortable bed and great for a road trip pit stop. Breakfast was solid and service is great. Would be 5 star if they didn't check us into an uncleaned room the first time around. Not the front desks fault as the room was reported clean on the cleaning log.

The hotel is a little older, but maintained well. Their conference rooms are spacious with well functioning sound equipment. Food is standard for most hotels and not healthy, but that is my biggest gripe. Staff is friendly and I would stay here, just watch out for potholes when entering the parking lot.

This was a nice, clean hotel and the rooms/location was decent. My biggest complaint was that we were supposed to have 2 queens and instead had fulls... not awful, but very tight with 2 grown adults sharing each bed. Make sure to put up the "do not disturb" sign because housekeeping will knock on your door continually all morning even after they know you are still in there.

The place is clean, great staff, very friendly front desk. The restaurant inside has pretty good food. The lounge is okay. I stayed here over a weekend and there was plenty of room to park my bobtail truck, but not enough space for the trailer. During the week there is more parking space.
