“Our room was very nice and the location close to our destination. HOWEVER, we were here on Thanksgiving and received absolutely no housekeeping services on the last of our 3 night stay. We didn't get bottled water or coffee pods refilled from our use the day before. When I called then went down to the front desk, it took 10 minutes to pick up the supplies which were only handed over (instead of delivered to the room) after some attitude from the front desk attendant when his personal phone call was interrupted. We didn't ask for clean towels, beds made, trash emptied, toiletries, or vacuuming. The attendant blamed the holiday, "someone called in", and "you must have left your do not disturb sign on the door" (we hadn't). I guess when we come back in the spring for the cherry blossoms, we'll plan to stay at Sleep Inn across the street.”
