“Raffles Istanbul gave us the best service we have ever experienced at any hotel. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. The concierge desk is extremely responsive … booking transportation, restaurant reservations, etc. is seamless. Room service is the fastest that I have ever had at any hotel. The personal butler was so kind … she made sure that our room was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again - the Raffles treats you like royalty.”

“We stayed at the hotel as a family with two kids. everything was super good from beginning to last moment. Receptionists, Valets, Butler Service Staff, all were amazing and super kind to us. My kids were thrilled by greetings. After first night, We were upgraded to a Family Suite that has an amazing Istanbul view.
Location is literally Heart of the city. Thanks for amazing Staff.”
