When we arrived late, our room was not available that was booked and paid for online. We were forced to share a King size bed with 2 90lb dogs being there for a dog show. Though we transferred the next day the room had no blankets and at one point was extremely loud with thumping music and no convenient accommodations for a handicapped woman. I would definitely be wary of booking like this online and not staying so close to airport.

Not exactly what I expected for the price point.... It's almost impossible to get extra linens and the front desk doesn't seem to communicate with the housekeepers. The gentlemen we checked in with, however, were really kind and personable

When I use to think of Ramada I though that it was a 3-star Hotel I thought of quality at a fair price. I was indeed bamboozled. Our room had hair all over the sheets, towels it seemed that someone got a trim on the sheets, and didn’t bother to clean.. the cleaning lady didn’t even bother checking the sheets.. The curtains had grape or wine splattered all over them looking like a Hitchcock movie was filmed in the room. The walls were banged and scuffed up, our phone didn’t work, the refrigerator was missing, or coffee maker was missing. When we asked if they could replace the sheets, the cleaning lady just handed us the sheets, she didn’t even bother asking us if she could make them. I don’t care about some of the appliances missing but they did advertise saying the rooms are fully accommodated. I feel embarrassed, and ashamed for the price I paid for this room, and service. Never again will I stay at the Ramada. The reviews are real folks! Please, please read the reviews even if its a popular hotel.

This hotel excels in personal care!! I stayed on my way to a Red Cross Disaster Run in Ruidoso and when I checked out they handed me bags of 'to-go breakfasts and water bottles. I asked for one for my teammate who didn't even stay there and they gladly gave me extras. They rock. And the bed and pillows were perfect! And the place was very peaceful and quiet for great sleep! I highly recommend this place.

Recently refurbished rooms were OK, but shower head was apparently screwed on without tape. Water all over the place. Advertised shuttle, but didn't mention that shuttle only starts @ 7 AM. If you have an early flight, you have to get a taxi. Don't rely on the hotel's promise to have a taxi ready at the correct hour. We finally had to call our own, had to rush to make flight. Guess only in the big cities, like Medford, Oregon can you get a shuttle for an early flight. Won't stay at this place again.
