“Hay muchas filtraciones de agua y la edificación está en decadencia.”
— Agustin Nina
“This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. So bad that I refuse to believe the 5-star reviews are legit, but who knows. We got there and had to switch rooms because there were long dark hairs all over our bed sheets. Get to the new room and it is better. We all got to sleep only to be awakened by someone knocking on our door at 11:30pm. We stayed in bed until they OPENED the door after we heard a key go into the slot. Luckily I had the doorstop on and they went away. Called the front desk several times with no answer (VM inbox was full), so I get dressed and go down to the front desk. They thought it was housekeeping ... whatever.Talked with another guest in the elevator and he told me someone else was out front earlier complaining because they founds BLOOD on their sheets.I finally get back to sleep only to be woken up by the fire alarm at 4am! Neighbors were going to check on it, so we went back to sleep as it only lasted a minute. With our lack of sleep we didn't get around too early. Went down around 8:30-8:45am only to find out they closed the continental breakfast at 8am sharp. Who closes breakfast at 8? Our friends who traveled with us, who got locked IN the dining room at 8 as they were eating, said we didn't miss much but it still would have been nice to get a little something.I will say that the mattresses were very comfortable, the only redeeming thing from our stay.”
