If I could rate this hotel a -10 I would. I WENT HOME WITH BED BUGS. I planned to stay 2 nights and they were the worst 2 nights of my life. When we first arrived the night shift lady was extremely rude and acted as if I was rude to her. I've never been in a hotel as nasty and dissatisfying as this one in my life. The first night , I woke up covered in bed bug bites and after transferring to a new floor and room the next morning , ... i still woke up with bed bug bites the morning after and in my second room the Television didn't work either so , it was either bed bugs or No tv or both... ! The Indian " management" was not nice nor understanding about the situation at all. He acted as if it was normal . This hotel needs to be shut down and burned down. No way you go on vacation and expect to be taken care of and after this experience at this hotel I will forever be tramuratize about which hotels I go too. and please don't get me started on the breakfast, it was either oatmeal , cereal , or waffles...and the biscuits that they did have ... had mold on them... like I said burned down to the ground. I was also was suppose to receive my payment back and still havent . Never been so angered and disappointed in my life.

Disgusting!!! Sheets had blood stains and bed bugs! Made the owner aware and he became combative and defensive. Would not give refund or new room. He only offered to change the sheets; No morals or ethics!! The rating should be -5 stars!! Do not stay at this hotel. There are several others in this area so avoid this hotel at all cost!

If I could give this place a 0 rating we would. Save your money. This place is disgusting and not worth the money they want. A total dump. The carpet is filthy. The room was stinky. The carpet also has white stains. The microwave does not work. Do yourself a favor and ask to see the room first, otherwise you won't like what you pay for.

The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not working it had a platform built over it with a coffee table on top so that it couldn't be used and the pool was nice but it had like a brownish film around the edges like it needed to be cleaned properly but it did smell clean like clorhine it just looked a little dirty not super bogas but needed a touch up other then that the rooms were clean the linen and towels breakfast room was clean lobby parking lot was good touch up the pool and fix the hot tub it be perfect. Breakfast was good served a little early stayed open a little late owners and staff were friendly didn't rush us. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Terrible experience. My room was extremely dirty, food mashed into the carpet, bathroom was extremely dirty, toilet not clean, looks like someone just left and nobody came in and cleaned the room. When I told the front desk, he became rude, very confrontational and hostile... Avoid at all cost!!!! I would rather sleep in my car! Not to mention the hallway smelled like a zoo and dogs that were in the hotel barked all night!!! Terrible Terrible Terrible do not come here!!!!!! You have been warned.

Filthy Hotel
