“Customer service was very unprofessional. Hotel claimed to have my reservation canceled by myself which was untrue and did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. BOTH employees Sim and Lisa were rude unprofessional. I was lied to saying manger would call or talk to me upon coming back to hotel only to find out Manager was actually off that day. I wouldn’t stay here at all bad customer service and rude staff.”
