“Only one working lift going up to the top floors for the duration of our 7 night stay. Sometimes waited up to 10 minutes for a lift to the top. This also serves as the service lift. Reception staff not friendly and need to improve their communication skills. Rooms need some decor and maintenance. No safe in the room as advertised. When notifying reception she said she will send maintenance to check. Up until check out no maintenance person came to check. No cupboard shelves, no towel rails and no space to pack your stuff. No shower caddy. One very small table and a chair in the room catering for 4 people. Very noisy from noise coming from the nearby park at night until early morning.”

“Stayed here overnight, staff doesn’t speak English too well so don’t get too hassled by that. Room was quite comfy and the air conditioner was quite capable in doing its job. Quite a few good restaurants and pubs are located in the vicinity. Bathroom was well maintained and clean, linen clean and stain free.”
