“Great location especially if you're heading to universal- they have a free shuttle. The reception was great and they have some super fun things like movies projected by the pool. The rooms were fabulous. The decorations were lovely. The one detractor was service at the restaurant. The food was awesome but the service v bad. Overall I love the place and would stay again but can't give a five star rating with bad service at the restaurant more than once.”
