Eu visito o Renaissance Austin Hotel pelo menos uma ou duas vezes por mês com três amigos. Não ficamos lá, já que todos moramos em Austin, mas viemos para o café da manhã. Escolhemos este lugar porque a comida é ótima, o ambiente é perfeito (saboroso e suave, permitindo que os hóspedes conversem sem ter que gritar uns com os outros) e o serviço é absolutamente estelar. Veja esta manhã, por exemplo: fomos recebidos na porta por Colin, o manobrista, que ajudou os mais velhos de nós a sair do carro e então encontrou uma cadeira de rodas para ela e a empurrou para o restaurante - acima e além da chamada! No restaurante, Victor era um excelente garçom, trazendo-nos tudo o que queríamos (incluindo um saleiro especial e açúcar cru extra e geléia de laranja). Não posso recomendar o Renaissance Austin Hotel muito altamente. Para qualquer estadia em Austin, é imbatível para o ambiente, a comida do restaurante e, especialmente, o serviço em todo o hotel!

O exterior e o lobby eram bonitos. O quarto era médio, para um hotel tão sofisticado, eu esperava mais elegância. Os acabamentos foram mal feitos (ou seja, a toalha e as aberturas do banheiro estavam tortas e com vãos). O creme de café deve ser verificado periodicamente porque estava velho e grudado. Tínhamos um quarto para deficientes físicos, eu acho que era voltado para uma pessoa em cadeira de rodas porque era muito espaçoso, no entanto, nem todos os deficientes físicos são cadeirantes e não tinha assentos adequados para alguém que precisasse. Apenas uma cadeira de escrivaninha e uma cadeira lateral, mas acredito que deveriam ter sido pelo menos outra cadeira lateral e um banco de banheiro. O pessoal foi muito simpático e cortês. O atendimento ao cliente era uma vantagem. Eu não tirei fotos, gostaria de ter feito. A vista era muito boa. Na verdade, eu me hospedei em outro hotel, o Home2 Suite in the Domain e este hotel era muito mais sofisticado do que o Renaissance

I visit the Renaissance Austin Hotel at least once or twice a month with three friends. We don't stay there, as we all live in Austin, but we come for breakfast. We have chosen this place because the food is great, the ambience is exactly right (tasteful and subdued, allowing guests to chat without having to holler at each other), and the service is absolutely stellar. Take this morning for example: we were met at the door by Colin, the valet, who helped the most elderly of us out of the car and then found a wheelchair for her and pushed her to the restaurant--above and beyond the call! In the restaurant, Victor was out excellent waiter, bringing us everything we wanted (including a special pepper shaker and extra raw sugar and orange marmalade). I cannot recommend the Renaissance Austin Hotel too highly. For any stay in Austin, it can't be beat for ambience, the restaurant's food, and especially the service throughout the hotel!

The outside and lobby were beautiful. The room was average, for such a high end hotel I expected more elegance. The finishes were poorly done (i.e. the towel and the vents in the restroom were crooked and had gaps). The coffee creamer needs to be periodically checked because it was old and clumped. We had a handicap room, I guess it was geared to a wheelchair bound person because it was very spacious, however every handicap person is not wheelchair bound and it did not have appropriate seating for someone who needed it. Only one desk chair and one side chair, but I believe their should have been at least another side chair and a bathroom bench. The staff was very nice and courteous. Customer service was a plus. I did not take pictures, I wish I did. The view was pretty good. I actually stayed at another hotel, Home2 Suite in the Domain and this hotel was much more high end than Renaissance

Embora o hotel seja sempre bom, o cavalheiro que parecia ser o gerente de plantão na noite passada, 16 de outubro de 2021, é um dos gerentes mais gentis e profissionais com quem já negociei no setor de serviços.Lee foi acima e além ao me ajudar. Ele foi atencioso, polido e garantiu que minha experiência fosse perfeita. Lee é o tipo de pessoa que qualquer organização de primeira linha deve ter como rosto. Estarei definitivamente de volta.

We stayed here for the F1 US Grand Prix as part of a package we had purchased. The hotel itself is huge, and, at first glance, looks quite nice. Check in was easy. Our room faced the atrium which wasn’t super fun, especially because it got noisy at night; however, that was definitely the least of our concerns. The AC ran non-stop and the room was so musty and reeked of mildew. Our clothes felt damp, the sheets felt damp, everything felt damp. It was so uncomfortable and disappointing. We did not feel like the rooms were clean enough. In addition, the beds were hard and the pillows were so flat. Not what you’d expect from a “4 Star” hotel. We won’t be back.

Amazing hotel with great staff, comfortable accommodations, and super clean facilities for working out, swimming, or lounging. Not to mention they have a very nice bar with beautiful outdoor seating. I would love to stay here again.

While the hotel is always consistently good, the gentleman who seemed to be the manager on duty last night, October 16, 2021 is one of the kindest and most professional managers I have ever dealt with in the service industry. Lee went above and beyond with helping me out. He was attentive, polished, and ensured that my experience was perfect. Lee is the type of person that any premier organization should have as their face. Will definitely be back.

Reservei uma suíte exclusiva para uma viagem de aniversário. O quarto cheirava um pouco e a mobília era, como descrito mais tarde pela recepção, "chique, mas não prática".Pedi para me mudar para uma sala menor com móveis mais funcionais e aconchegantes, e eles obedeceram de bom grado.O barstaff também está ansioso para agradar, e fez alguns coquetéis fora do menu que eram muito bons.Ao todo, serviço excelente, mas os quartos provavelmente poderiam fazer com uma atualização.

Booked a Signature Suite for an anniversary trip. The room had a bit of an odor, and the furniture was, as described later by the front desk, "chic but not practical." I asked to move to a smaller room with more functional and cozy furniture, and they happily obliged. The barstaff is also eager to please, and made some off-menu cocktails that were quite nice. All in all, outstanding service, but the rooms could probably do with an update.

Este hotel é lindo. Tem muito para desligar. Lugares para sentar e comer o café da manhã, jantar e bebidas. A piscina era agradável e a área de estar à direita da piscina era tão relaxante. Naquela área havia lojas e restaurantes a uma curta distância. Decidimos voltar com a família e tornar este o local quando em ATX.

Perto das principais rodovias com fácil acesso, mas ao mesmo tempo parece que você está no meio de uma floresta. Os quartos são grandes, modernos e estão em ótima forma. O grande átrio do hotel cria um espaço agradável. Altamente recomendado para qualquer finalidade.

Localização muito conveniente, excelentes trilhas para caminhada na parte de trás e muitas opções de compras e refeições nas proximidades. Perto das principais rodovias com fácil acesso, mas ao mesmo tempo parece que você está no meio de uma floresta. Os quartos são grandes, modernos e estão em ótima forma. O grande átrio do hotel cria um espaço agradável. Altamente recomendado para qualquer finalidade.

This Hotel is beautiful. Has alot to off. Places to sit and eat breakfast, dinner and drinks. The pool was nice and the sitting area right out by the pool was sooo relaxing. In that area it was shopping and restaurants in walking distance. We have decided to come back with family and make this the spot when in ATX.

If anybody is looking for great deals for hotels and resorts browse through ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel on there and these guys had the absolute best rates just about anywhere! Very convenient location, great walking trails about back and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Close to major highways with easy access, but at the same times feels like you're in the middle of a forest. Rooms are great, modern and in great shape. Big atrium of the hotel creates a nice space. Highly recommend for any purpose.

Very convenient location, great walking trails about back and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Close to major highways with easy access, but at the same times feels like you're in the middle of a forest. Rooms are great, modern and in great shape. Big atrium of the hotel creates a nice space. Highly recommend for any purpose.

We loved most parts of the hotel. The price, comfort, and appearance were all day fantastic. However, we felt that it wasn't very clean during our stay. We found a bug/cockroach right by the sofa and it looked like it had been dead for a while. Furthermore, our rooms weren't cleaned in between days even though we didn't put up a "no clean" sign on the door. We had to empty our on trash in the bins by the elevator. However, the person at the counter was nice and let us switch rooms for free. Finally, the WiFi is charged ridiculously at $14.95 a day if you aren't a Marriott Bonvoy rewards member.

Tive a oportunidade de desfrutar de uma estadia de duas noites neste hotel, uma noite na suíte grande e outra noite em um quarto com uma cama king size e vista para o átrio. Gostei da minha estadia, pois as acomodações eram agradáveis e a equipe prestava um serviço de alto nível. Eu recomendo uma sala com vista para o exterior, pois a sala do átrio pode ser escura e sombria com a falta de luz natural forte. A suíte grande oferece muito espaço, mas o layout dos móveis faz com que a maior parte do espaço seja inútil. Eu recomendaria este hotel porque o preço está na extremidade inferior para um nível superior de qualidade. Os funcionários fazem um excelente trabalho mantendo o local limpo e higienizado, mas lutam para garantir que todos os hóspedes usem máscaras nos espaços públicos.

I had the opportunity to enjoy a two night stay at this hotel, one night in the large suite and the other night in a one king bed room with an atrium view. I enjoyed my stay as the accommodations were pleasant and the staff from provide a high level of service. I recommend a room with an exterior view as the atrium room can be dark and gloomy with the lack of strong natural light. The large suite provides a great deal of space, but the layout of the furniture causes a majority of the space to be useless. I would recommend this hotel because the price is on the lower end for a higher level of quality. The staff do an excellent job keeping the place clean and sanitized, but they do struggle to ensure that all guest wear face masks in public spaces.

Pase por el hotel para cenar con una amiga y disfrutar los alrededores del hotel. El servicio de la orden de comida si tardo un buen rato pero estubimos agusto y nos atendieron bien aunque no estábamos quedandonos ahi mismo. Mi amiga disfruto la cena y admiro mucho el hotel grande de lujo.
