“I was very surprised by the lack of attention/care given to the room before we checked in. We called a day in advance and switched from a King room to 2 Queens and the online staff was great. We did have to pay a $65 upcharge which I was hoping would not be the case, but we said no problem. Getting to the hotel and into the room made me very upset about the cost of the room for one night, $265. I shouldn't have to pay you to give you a list of everything wrong with the room. I feel like there is a level of service I expect if I am paying for a premium experience that is given by Marriot Hotels. Here is your list for room 104. The desk chair's hydraulics are broken and the chair slams down when you sit on it - hurts when you're not expecting it! The desk lamp flickers occasionally. The TV is very dim and could not access TV menu to adjust the brightness. Center light fixture between the beds - case is falling off and small left light does not work at all. No hand soap in the bathroom at the sink - really?? Bathroom Mirror light on right side is out - left side works - top flickers. Shower glass was not clean - bottom 1/4 was streaky and previous water stains were not cleaned. Shower floor was very slippery - might need to be cleaned better. Kitchen sink does not have hot water. Refrigerator light is hanging and looks to be fixed with electrical tape. Please tell me this is not the experience you want your guests to have in such a beautiful hotel.”

A pia da cozinha não tem água quente. A luz da geladeira está pendurada e parece ser fixada com fita isolante.Por favor, diga-me que esta não é a experiência que você deseja que seus convidados tenham em um hotel tão bonito.”
