Absolutely loved this hotel and the amazing people who work there. Booked a two week stay here which quickly turned into a nightmare when just a day into our holiday, my Mum got Covid (just to be clear, this was NOT from the hotel). The ladies that work in guest relations were such a support and an absolute pleasure to converse with. We got a gorgeous fruit bowl the next day, a lovely surprise. Thank you! The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and ensure we were comfortable. I felt so alone at times but everyone was approachable and never made me feel like I was a burden, no matter how busy they were. Anything we needed, they were only on the other end of the phone.Thank you everyone. ❤️ The hotel The room was a delight to stay in. Very well equipped and nicely designed. The house keeping team couldn’t do enough to assist as well. They’re always available which is really impressive. The pillows were uncomfortable but the pillow menu helps. The restaurant has a good choice of food with friendly but professional staff. The head chef was extremely accommodating with my mums specific dietary requirements. He went over and above any expectations I had, thank you so much Chef! The view from our room was nice but it was amazing after our upgrade. Bibin is such a genuine person, a fantastic manager who leads a wonderful team. Thank you Bibin. 🙏🏽 Everyone showed genuine concern and rallied round to do what they could to make our stay enjoyable. Mum recovered during the second week of our stay and we managed to have a vacation together. Thank you so much for everything you all did to make our holiday a memorable experience. We will never forget our time there. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rixos Premium JBR and I’d love to stay here again.

Loved their suits! But the interior was extremely bad. Felt like the interior was picked randomly made me feel like I am living in an furniture storage room also I don’t know what’s their problem with their lights it’s one of the worst lights designs I have ever seen in rooms and hallways….other than that the staff was absolutely amazing the manager was great! Satisfied my needs perfectly, the reception was outstanding🤩

Faultless. Attention to detail is astonishing. Staff are superb. Nothing negative to suggest at all. Highly recommended. A bit expensive but well worth the money. Great location too. The Marina is awesome. Looks like New York, but better. Put your phone down and go for a swim, no one's touching it.

WOW WOW AND AGAIN !!!! WOW!!! What an amazing experience!!! I've never in my life never get this kind of service! Starting with the valet parking guys that was amazing kind and peaceful. The reception guys was awesome. The concierge guys was very helpful and recommended us amazing restaurants. Breakfast was the best of the best! The room was big and comfortable and the cleaning guy the name E Prakash was so nice and always asking if I needed anything so thank you my brother, I'll back again because of you. The pool was big and cold!!! That was perfect !!!! The service at the pool was amazing !! Wow! Started with the guys on front, the waitresses was kind and even the lifeguards was amazing!! Definitely the best hotel I've been all around the world!The only thing that was not that good was the prices at the pool. 150 aed for hooka is too much.Anyway.. we meet again❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

We been to Asli, very premium place. Food is amazing, live music was great. Over all grand ambiance. Crazy good, never heard this phrase but my son said. "Daddy my spin feels to good and excited", He used this phrase for the first time. I know what it means, we loved it.

Loved the hotel location, room size, pool, beach and staff!! The housekeeping staff especially was amazing. They offered to clean your room twice a day!? How lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel, only reason why I can’t give it 5 stars is that the hotel building has a very strong weird vibration in the bathroom and when you put your head down on the pillow to sleep. The vibrations may be from the construction site outside, but it doesn’t explain the night time vibrations. So it could be the AC systems in every room? I’m not sure but it should get fixed Asap. The rooms could do with a little updating, pillows were not comfortable at all.. even when we requested specific type pillows. The bed size was kind of small for such a large room, didn’t make sense. Could’ve filled the gap with a chair at least? Mattress wasn’t comfortable either. Mini Fridge was leaking, I had to use a towel to stop it. Some pieces like the bathroom small mirror, the towel rack holders were falling apart. We even had a sink leak.. but someone came super quick to fix that. Pool & beach food is super expensive, but expected. Also, can I ask for one NORMAL clear mirror to be put somewhere in the hotel!?? All mirrors were tinted 😥🤣 All in all, some updating would do the hotel great, but it’s a lovely hotel overall. I would stay again.

Our first room was very odd and squeezed into the corner of the hotel, we however moved to the beach facing side of the hotel and it was perfect for an evening watching the yachts come in and out of the bay under the Ain dubai. Rooms were clean, staff were very good. Was a nice hotel for a weekend getaway.

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado em JBR, fácil acesso mesmo andando a pé. Hotel com staff extremamente atencioso,muito simpático, e impecáveis em tudo. O hotel sempre muito limpo de um modo geral,sempre tudo arrumado. Ja bem equipado tecnologicamente nos quartos, extremamente seguro devido ao cartão para subir no elevador e tudo mais. O acesso a piscina/praia um pouco esquisito por um corredor. A piscina, o bar da piscina,os restaurantes de apoio a piscina,o serviço de refeição na piscina são excelentes, funcionam muito bem e nunca houve um único problema. A música ambiente na piscina também é um detalhe interessante, tal como todo o ambiente que o hotel promove. Não posso deixar de ter o termo de comparação do ano passado com o "Five" que fica perto do "Rixos", e no "Rixos" o ar condicionado do quarto era extremamente barulhento e pouco eficaz,enquanto que no "Five" nem se ouvia e muito eficaz a fazer frio. Fiz a reclamação junto da recepção, e desde logo se dispuseram a ir verificar, mas foram só mesmo verificar pois disseram que resolveram o problema mas o barulho intenso continuou ao ponto de acordar durante a noite com o barulho. Outro ponto negativo foi a pressão da água,pois esta quase que não existia na casa se banho para tomar um duche (ao relatar estas situações eu não acredito que não hajam já reclamações iguais e que a gestão do hotel não saiba de nada, pois esta reclamação deve ser habitual,no entanto não entendo porque nao resolvem). Outro ponto negativo são os chapéus de sol com buracos e partidos na praia (conforme se pode verificar pelas fotos) o que dá um muito mau aspecto e um ar de pouco cuidado. Enfim não foi a melhor escolha como hotel de 5 estrelas, pois o preço a pagar é um pouco elevado para a qualidade do quarto. Espero que consigam melhorar alguns pontos e que tenham muito sucesso.

Akşam yemeklerini iple çektiğim yemekten inanılmaz keyif aldığım mükemmel lezzetleri ile akşamımıza keyif katan ve tüm Güler yüzlü personeli ile kendi evimizde hissettiren inanılmaz konforlu ve rahat bir otel. Dubai de tatil yapacak olan herkese tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca konumu itibari ile tüm sahili ve etrafı araçsız rahatça gezebilirsiniz. This review is specific to the Naturelife Spa housed within Rixos. The staff are excellent at their work, as well as very pleasant. A mention of Pitu and Maria. It's very clean, serene and well thought out. Already planning my return for a longer treatment.

Mi marido me regalo por mi cumpleaños la estancia en este magnífico hotel situado en JBR, uno de los mejores hotel en donde he estado. La atención fue fabulosa, higiene de 10. La localización perfecta.La piscina y playa de ensueño, realmente fue mágico vivir mi cumpleaños me hicieron sentir muy especial. Un finde semana inolvidable con la atención prestada por parte del hotel. Me estuvieron colmando con detalles rodó el tiempo. Impresionante! Volveremos sin duda alguna. Tuvimos un a pequeña confusión pero fue resulta a la mYor brevedad posible y fue mejor de lo que esperábamos el Manager resolvió todo en un abrir y cerrar se ojos, gran profesional!!! Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel, Asil, comida egipcia, turca y árabe con una gran sabor y tradición. Nos encantó. Maria que fue la que se encargo de todo fue muy educada, profesional y una gran anfitriona. El restaurante tuvo el detalle de regalarmeun diseño de Henna en el rincón que tienen y también me felicitaron con una mini tarta, cantandome! Espectacular! Me siento muy agradecida, la verdad Si quieres dar una Sorpresa alguien o celebrar un evento o cumpleaños que mejor manera que en este grandioso hotel. Mi marido reservo la suitd junior y la habitación es inmejorable con unas vistaspreciosas. Sin duda lo remiendo y volveremos. Muchas gracias Rixos Premium Dubai

Loved to be a guest at Rixos premium JBR. Lovely people, amazing room with an amazing view. Towels and bed sheet were clean. the housekeeper was very accurate. At the pool the staff was very polite and helped to find the best place. Also in the morning the staff was very lovely and helped wherever they could. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who loves beach and pool.

Such a while wonderful place the swimming pool and the beech is awesome. Near the pool there is a kids club where you can left your children safely. The housekeeping people are so helpful with there quick response.

Honestly I have been there now a number of times. Tried Turquoise in the evening for buffet, really good. Had a birthday party at STK, again really good. Pool day good but crowded and ultra slow service. Watched football at the LSB, great ! The big big turn off is most places do not offer the parking like in most decent hotels, so you get a complete caning from the parking fees. Frankly this is just not on. Please rapidly change your policy.

Great place! Great location! Our first apartment smelled kind of funky, but they changed us without an issue. Great customer service! The apartments are super spacious, each room with its own full bathroom! A nicely stocked kitchen, everything you need if you want to cook, but why would you? Walking distance to great restaurants, not to mention the ones right on the property. The pool area is great, multiple pools, with different depths (very kid friendly) but the best was the beach! Highly recommend it!!

Love everything about this hotel. Stayed multiple nights twice in a 2 week period. Rooms are generous in size and hard to beat the windows with that floor to ceiling glass! Surprised one morning when the crane next door had someone outside my window but it was actually funny. Breakfast every morning was OUTSTANDING. There was nothing I could have wanted that didn't seem to be offered. Pool area was beautiful and peaceful (aside from the IG models getting their troop to photograph them but they don't stay long). Service outside was also very good and prompt. Overall everything was exceptional and an experience I'd be happy to have many repeats of.

Visited the Spa for a treatment. Upon arrival was greeted warmly, filled out the information card, was given a warm lemon water welcome drink with a refreshing towel. Within a few minutes was escorted to the locker area where I was given a locker and then shown the facilities. The massage room was at the right temperature and the therapist was actually quite good. Overall it was a very good experience, would go back and would recommend it!

This place is just amazing! I fell in love with it last year and I'm very happy to be here this here again. Pool is amazing, the hotel itself looks incredible, the direct access to the beach is so nice and the rooms are great as well. You'll have an amazing stay for sure! Ah i forgot the breakfast. Its awesome as well 😁

Some feedback from my recent stay. Good points: -beautiful rooms. bed is very comfortable, bathroom is great. -great pool and beach -great gym -helpful and friendly staff Some not so good points: -Hotel doesn't take covid seriously. Many guests walking around maskless. Lifts packed with 10+ people and not wearing masks. Restaurant staff handling cutlery with no gloves and not wearing masks properly. The place is asking for an outbreak to occur. -Not enough lifts. They are full a lot of the time and a round trip from room to lobby can take 20 mins. And I wasn't even staying in peak season. -Not enough beds around the pool area -Not enough staff on reception. Waiting time to be served was excessive. And it wasn't even peak season. -kettle in the room wasnt working -many tv channels in the room weren't working

Had a great lunch and afternoon tea at this resort. The pool areas is awesome and the beach lounge area serves a great club sandwich. We also enjoyed a fantastic afternoon tea and cake in the cafe in the foyer that overlooks the beach complete with a harpist. We weren’t staying at the hotel but were made to feel very welcome.

We loved this place. Very stylish in the midst of Dubai's most upscale area - JBR. Rooms are great. We appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of all staff. We usually don't like buffets but really loved this one: amazing food and service in a nice place. On top of everything, the beach club is great. Overall: highly recommended both for couples and families.

A meaning to a luxury What a lovely luxurious facility, highly recommended to enjoy your stay in Dubai especially with the excellent location in JBR. Super friendly staff just once your taxi drop you off. The lobby is just WOW. The room was fabulous and the design of is super super, the largest bed you can ever see :) every single piece is a top notch high end item. The pool is really cool with a great atmosphere and views. I can spend much more time to describe everything. I guess the stay should include some meals and beverages based on the rate that we pay. No one explained what are the restaurants or other facilities within the hotel

Hotel espectacular. Tipo ibicenco pero más enfocado a familias. Aunque el ambiente parezca más adults only, te encontraras una piscina preciosa llena de niños escandalosos con manguitos. No cojer bajo ningun concepto media pensión, no vale la pena, por un precio similar podrás cenar en los bonitos restaurantes junto a la piscina.
