We had a fine stay. Rooms were comfortable. Food was OK generally speaking. You can't have very high expectations with "all included" with anything gourmet. The "snack" selection during the day is: pizza, dry chicken nuggets, nachos, etc. The drinks were simply terrible. I just couldn't believe that any place in Mexico doesn't have a decent brand of tequila. Not one brand was 100% agave. The best they had was Jose Cuervo. Fortunately they allowed us to purchase a bottle of premium tequila and carry it from bar to bar. The pool was great and the access to the ocean was very nice. The palapas on the beach were excellent and very relaxing. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only real complaint I would have is that they didn’t enforce masks at any point. Tons of people didn’t wear masks at AT ALL indoors or in lines for food. They let people get uncomfortably close to the buffets (kids with their heads under the sneeze guards with no masks on) .

The hospitality here is like none other! Every single employee here is very respectful, humble and attend your every need. The rooms are clean, the food was great, and most importantly the service was always there. Definitely worth the stay!

We have been owners here and Cancun since 2005!! These two destinations are our Home away from Home! Cannot go wrong with Royal Solaris! We have always been treated as VIP's and FAMILY since day 1! Cannot wait to return in November and next March!

This resort is immaculately clean with a friendly and caring staff. The rooms are spacious with private balconies and the location is perfect. Close to restaurants and beach front! The food was fresh and delicious. All around a great experience

Almost all the restaurants, buffers and bars were closed. We had only one restaurant open each night that we could go to. And the good was absolutely disgusting. The drinks werent much better. We had to argue with the bartenders to not have bottom shelve alcohol. What’s the point of an all inclusive if I have to leave the resort to get decent food?! I had to spend way more money on this trip because I had to eat off the resort. Also we didn’t have power or water for one night we were there and it was absolutely miserable. It was like a sauna in our room. Heaven forbid we had to use the toilet! Not to mention some one went into our room and scanned our debit card taking us for a few thousand dollars and they took my prescription medications! Over all this resort sucked! I’m so disappointed I wasted my time and way more money than I should have there.
