Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas pude ver que é muito bonito, organizado, ótimo buffet y café da manhã. No entanto, o quarto que fiquei é bem apertado e o box não tem "cortina" e se você quer aproveitar a forte ducha, vai molhar todo o banheiro.

Banheiro minúsculo, água sem condiçôs de temperar, muito quente. A cada banho se molha todo banheiro.O hotel apresenta as areas comuns excelentes, mas quarto deixa a desejar, simplório.

Excelente hotel, muito grande em uma pequena cidade, Lillehammer tem apenas 2.500 habitantes, foi a sede dos jogos olímpicos de Inverno em 1994. No hotel, muito bom, excelentes quartos e com bares e restaurantes excelente. Se passarem por aqui, vale a pena estar nesse hotel.

El hotel es un poco viejo,pero muy tranqullo,cerca de la montaña.Las habitaciones bastante amplias,con camas muy comodas. Lo mejor de todo es el personal - muy atentos y amables. El hotel tiene parking gratis para sus clientes. El desayuno muy completo.Lo recomiendo!

Hotel is good with a swimming pool. I was there is summer and stayed for few weeks. It was very warm and they did not have fan although i asked at the counter. A bit far from centrum and if you go by foot then brace for steep road. Location is nice.

Nice family hotel with a nice modern spa for adults. It would be nice that the spa had more availability for the treatments. The swimming pool, in a separate area, was crowded by kids and parents :( So I could not use it for swimming. Great breakfast.

Disappointing experience at this hotel, I have seen much better at other places in Norway for the same price. The room and in particular the bathroom area look like they have not been upgraded since the Olympic Games in ‘94. We were also disappointed by the swimming pool, which was cold and small. Pretty old school changing rooms with no lockers. The breakfast buffet was our last hope, and it was ok but not great. I felt uncomfortable around so many people with just disinfectant as a COVID-19 measure, like other reviews pointed out.

We visited in July 2020, it is a nice hotel, which was clean with nice rooms, but was seriously under staffed and only the bare minimum effort to dealing with social distancing was put in place. Breakfast was over crowded and only being able to order dinner from the bar, that only had 2 staff, was ridiculous as it led to very long queues. The indoor swimming pool was closed with no note as to why for 2 out of our 3 days leading to the other pool being overcrowded. The few staff that were there were doing their best, and were friendly, but it was an uphill struggle for them exemplified by the time it took to talk to someone at reception/check in. I wouldn't go back to this hotel until after the pandemic is over and they have staffed up properly.

Nice, close to the centre hotel. Some strange rule that made the administration change their opinion about older kids attending the spa. But other than that ... highly middle of the three kind of place to stay. Get there in time to enjoy the room and scenery the most!

Good food, free parking and charging! But the room was dated and cold. Even complained to the front desk, and there were still no heat. Had to open the bathroom door to get some heat from the heated floor in there. We also paid for a king-sized bed, but got twin beds. The reason was that we had a dog with us. No extra service or cashback from this mistake. Staff was friendly enough. Won't be visiting again I'm afraid.

A lovely hotel nestled in a quiet neighborhood! Great experience here...my room was most comfortable and well-appointed! Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious and full of choices from fruit and salads to cheeses and breads to main courses and desserts. One of the best buffets in all of Norway! Highly recommend this delightful hotel...both for the lovely accommodations and for the delightful and attentive staff! Bravo Zulu!

Un hotel que ofrece lo que anuncia: servicios de 4 estrellas (no todos los hoteles pueden decir lo mismo). Lo mejor es que está rodeado de naturaleza y con diversas esculturas reconocibles y reconocidas. Lo menos bueno es que está en la zona norte de la ciudad lo cual, siendo Lillehammer una ciudad casi vertical, exige cierto esfuerzo para desplazarse al centro y, sobretodo, regresar al hotel. Recomendación: comer o cenar en el hotel (y no todos los hoteles pueden decir lo mismo)
