Booked that Hotel because I needed an overnight stay during travel on 1st Jan. Selected a hotel chain to get at least some food in the evening. Restaurant was closed, no bar, no drink, no anything. Although plenty of guests. But the reception lady was friendly.

Ok padrão escândalo de rum. Mm Atenas 8 O restaurante não era muito elogioso. Bife de pimenta extra sal e falta de pimenta. Três fatias de batata ... Nem mesmo uma batata. Molho era bom, mas SEK 379 para alguém que eu gosto de almoço ruim ... É em outro lugar à noite. O café da manhã era bom e apreciado

O restaurante diminui a classificação corretamente. Cerveja de 0,5L é vendida em copos de 0,4L, eles não mudaram isso, embora eu tenha apontado e provado isso. Comprei o jantar, prato muito bom. Costelinha de porco alta, máximo 90g de carne boa com casca farta. Tínhamos anunciado que um de nossos convidados era vegano. No café da manhã perguntei se tinha algo especial para o nosso cadastro, foi encaminhado para o departamento de glúten. Foi muito divertido, havia muitas opções veganas.

Ok habitación estándar escandica. Mm Atenas 8 El restaurante no era mucho para elogiar. Filete de pimienta extra con sal y falta de pimienta. Tres rodajas de papa ... Ni siquiera una papa. La salsa era buena, pero 379 SEK para alguien que me gusta el mal almuerzo ... Está en otro lugar por la noche. El desayuno fue bueno y apreciado.

El restaurante baja la calificación correctamente. La cerveza de 0.5L se vende en vasos de 0.4L, no cambiaron esto a pesar de que señalé y probé esto. Compré la cena, muy buen plato. Costillas de cerdo, máximo 90 g de la buena carne con abundante corteza. Habíamos anunciado que uno de nuestros invitados era vegano. En el desayuno pregunté si había algo especial para nuestro registro, me remitieron al departamento de gluten. Fue muy divertido, había muchas opciones veganas.

Disappointing overall. I stayed for 2 nights while in Sundsvall. The first night I was kept awake by a consistent water dripping on the metal sill outside the window. I asked early in the morning if I could change rooms for the next night but was told none were available. I also requested that my towels be changed on the middle day, alas they were not. Staff were nice, if a little ineffectual, food was average, the breakfast coffee was horrible, hotel surrounds were not the nicest.I often stay in Scandics so was surprised how bad this one was. The Scandic City in Sundsvall is better, Hotel Södra Berget is better again.I won't be back.

Responsivo entre os quartos, pior seleção para mim como vegan e sem glúten do que normalmente é no Scandic. Pediram um pão mais escuro que disseram que arranjariam para o dia seguinte, mas não o fizeram. O pessoal me deixou questionando quando eu fiz perguntas e eles foram embora para verificar, mas nunca voltaram com uma resposta .. Caso contrário, um quarto bom e fresco e uma cama confortável.

Hotel totalmente ok, A piscina pela qual estávamos ansiosos era uma fonte de gelo. Se eles tivessem sido informados sobre os diplomas antes, teríamos escolhido outro hotel. Seriam algo divertido para as crianças ....A condição / AC eles não eram nenhum. Tentei abrir as janelas, mas não foi o suficiente. Que temos verões quentes na Suécia e que muitos são livres e viajar não deve ser algo novo. Vê que Josefin, que é o diretor do hotel, responde a muitas mensagens, mas evita a questão do AC.Bom pessoal 👌👍

Responde entre las habitaciones, peor selección para mí como vegano y sin gluten de lo que suele ser en Scandic. Pidió un pan más oscuro que dijeron que arreglarían para el día siguiente, pero no lo hicieron. El personal me dejó cuestionando cuando hice preguntas y se fueron a comprobar, pero nunca regresaron con una respuesta. De lo contrario, una habitación buena y fresca y una cama cómoda.

Hotel totalmente ok, La piscina que esperábamos era una fuente de hielo. Si hubieran sido informados sobre las titulaciones antes, hubiéramos elegido otro hotel. Serían algo divertido para los niños ...La condición / aire acondicionado de la que no eran. Intenté abrir las ventanas pero no fue suficiente. Que tenemos veranos calurosos en Suecia y que muchos son gratis y viajar no debería ser algo nuevo. Ve que Josefin, que es el director del hotel, responde a muchos mensajes pero evita la pregunta de AC.Buen personal?

Overall a nice family room with a pretty comfortable bunk bed for the children. But I was expecting more from a newly renovated hotel. Stains on some of the furniture in the room, a loose mixer in the bathroom, discolored joints in the bathroom.The main reason we stayed at Scandic Sundsvall Nord was thanks to the pool. But when we got there it was freezing in both the pool area and also in the water. Couldn't have been more than 18 degrees in the water. So instead of having a fun time with the kids it became a quick dip.Would we stay there again? If we were dying to take a swim in a cold pool, yes. Otherwise we would probably choose another hotel in Sundsvall.

What a great hotel. Once again I was not disappointed with a Scandic hotel. The staff were amazing and polite. Willing to go the extra mile. The food was delicious. The room adequate.
