“The hotel is a 3 star but worthy of 4. It is spotlessly clean with very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the shower room possibly the cleanest i have seen in any hotel. OK there was no view from the bedroom window, but we didn't come to Cartagena to sit in the room staring out of the window!! I have read comments that neighbouring rooms can be heard through the walls. We didn't notice this and the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast selection is wide, plenty full, varied and should cater for all tastes. Our stay was a weekend during one of Cartagenas' busiest fiestas. We will stay here again. O hotel é um 3 estrelas, mas digno de 4. É impecavelmente limpo com funcionários muito prestativos. Os quartos são espaçosos, as camas confortáveis e o chuveiro possivelmente o mais limpo que já vi em qualquer hotel. OK, não havia vista da janela do quarto, mas não viemos a Cartagena para sentar no quarto olhando pela janela! Eu li comentários de que os quartos vizinhos podem ser ouvidos através das paredes. Nós não notamos isso e o hotel estava lotado. A seleção de café da manhã é ampla, bastante completa, variada e deve atender a todos os gostos. Nossa estadia foi um fim de semana durante uma das festas mais movimentadas de Cartagena. Vamos ficar aqui novamente.”

“Polite and helpful staff! I stayed for quite some time so I got to know Loli, Francisco, Jesús and Mariano at the reception and they were always really kind. The only reason I give 4 stars is because during the morning hours the inner area where my window was looking at was a bit noisy with the restaurant and their plates, but then again, I am very sensitive to noise and stayed there for 4 weeks. For most people I think this would not be not a big deal :) thank you again for your service!”
