“All we have to say is "Thank you very much for making our stay a truly memorable experience." From the time we stepped into the hotel until the time we left, we were treated with a superb blend of professionalism and affection. Our reservation, our room and its amenities, our food and service were all highly commendable. It is especially impressive that your staff were able to maintain this level of service under the present "Corona Virus Circumstances" and the resultant low occupancy rate. Please keep up the good work. We would like to specially thank Ruksar, Rashmi and Madhuri of the front office and Priyajit from the Ssaffron Restaurant for their courtesy and friendliness. If there is any criticism at all, we would only like to mention that we would recommend toning down the pungency of your Indian and Chinese food. Being Mangloreans, we are used to hot and spicy food, but even for us, the level of chilly in the Indian and Chinese food was a bit too high. On the other hand, anything that came from the bakery was of a very high standard, especially the croissants which we had for breakfast on both days. Also another small request: Please double-check the drainage of the bathroom sink in Room 1632. It is a bit slow. Once again, thank you very much.”
