“It's hard to get into and the floor in my room was sticky. I was walking my service animal outside and some lady had her two dogs off leash and charged my dog she yelled sorry grab your dog mine aren't friendly. Her dogs then proceeded to try and attack my dog I was holding as the owner of them laughed. I mentioned it to the front desk and was blown off both times. We left early and still had to pay for both nights. I felt unsafe and my service animals life being at risk also puts my own life at risk. The back door to the parking lot has a wrap keeping it from closing all the way at all times. The breakfast and food were amazing though and the beds were really comfortable. But I paid for an extra night I couldn't even use due to safety.”

“First room was occupied. Second room and 1 bed but no sleeper cot for our grandson. 3rd room was very near back exit door that people kept barring door from closing. Pool closed. Not at all a good stay”
