I write this review to inform potential guests that the property does not have designated pet-free rooms.All rooms have carpeted floors (which harbor pet dander no matter how well they are cleaned) in the sleeping areas, a fact which is not stated on the property website or on affiliated booking websites.For anyone who suffers from pet (dog, cat) allergies, this may not be the place for you.On the positive side, the Manager truthfully stated that pets are assigned to all rooms of the property and a full refund was approved.I did not stay at the property.Consequently, I can not address an on-property experience.The five-star rating relates solely to the Manager's positive service recovery effort.His honesty and prompt response was appreciated.I will continue to stay at Sonesta!

Recentemente, tive a oportunidade de visitar o Sonesta ES em Somers Point, Nova Jersey. Embora os barcos do site corporativo da COVID sigam o protocolo de limpeza, como as fotos abaixo ilustram, o quarto estava imundo. Quando entramos na sala, a primeira coisa que observamos foi uma grande mancha no carpete. Além disso, havia comida e detritos no chão da cozinha, e o que parecia ser excremento de rato debaixo do balcão. Por fim, o fogão estava sujo e havia comida seca nos utensílios da gaveta. A sala inteira era completamente inaceitável. Entrei em contato com o departamento de conformidade corporativa do Sonesta para tratar da sujeira deste local; no entanto, nenhuma resposta foi recebida. Dito isto, o hotel está convenientemente localizado em Ocean City, NJ, e em muitos destinos turísticos, mas NÃO espere um quarto limpo.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Sonesta ES in Somers Point New Jersey. Although the corporate website boats of COVID cleanliness protocol, as the photos below illustrate, the room was filthy. When we entered the room the first thing we observed was a large stain on the carpet. Additionally, there was food and debris on the kitchen floor, and what appeared to be mouse droppings under the counter. Finally, the stove was dirty and there was dried food on the utensils in the drawer. The entire room was completely unacceptable. I have reached out to Sonesta corporate compliance to address the uncleanliness of this location; however, no response was received. That being said, the hotel is conveniently located to Ocean City, NJ, and many tourist destinations, just do NOT expect a clean room.

Everything you might need packed into this store! Chris was very pleasant to talk to, and answered any questions I had. Excellent selection of baits here as well!! I would highly recommend this shop for any fishing needs!!

Love this spot for the staff, location, clean rooms, pool - cannot wait to go back. Nothing fancy but they get it all right! - Katie and the team will make sure you enjoy your stay:)

Amamos o lugar, as camas são confortáveis, bom banho. O pessoal que trabalha lá é amigável e útil. A parte mais importante para mim é que eles aceitam animais de estimação. A única coisa que recomendo é tirar os tapetes para tirar algum cheiro e para limpar melhor. Mas estamos de volta definitivamente. Muito obrigado por tudo

O lugar era muito bom e os quartos eram muito legais! No entanto, o nosso quarto tinha TRÊS camas e TODAS as três camas estavam sujas. Uma das camas tinha um monte de pelo de cachorro e manchas por toda parte, e as outras duas tinham manchas e estavam extremamente sujas. Os tapetes estavam imundos e manchados. Quando falamos aos funcionários sobre os lençóis, eles não se ofereceram para trocá-los ou nos dar novos; Eles apenas disseram que iriam colocar uma nota no sistema sobre isso. e a tábua de cortar que estava na cozinha estava suja das pessoas anteriores, assim como as bancadas na área da cozinha. Não havia nada para usar para iniciar a máquina de lavar louça e nosso ferro estava quebrado. No geral, estava em uma localização muito boa e um bom preço, mas muito sujo e não ficaria aqui novamente. o atendimento ao cliente é TERRÍVEL

We love the place, beds are confortables, shower good. The personal working there friendly and helpful. The most important part for me is that they are pets friendly. The only thing I recommend is to take out the carpets to take some smell out and better to clean. But we are back definitely. Thanks so much for everything

The place was really nice and the rooms were really cool! However, our room had THREE beds & ALL three beds were dirty. One of the beds had a bunch of dog hair and stains all over it, and the other two had stains and were extremely dirty. The carpets were filthy and stained. When we told the staff about the bedsheets, they didn’t offer to change them or give us new ones; They just said that they would put a note in the system about it. and the cutting board that was in the kitchen was dirty from the previous people, and so were the counters in the kitchen area. There was nothing to use to start the dishwasher & our iron was broken. Overall, it was in a really nice location & a good price, but really grimy & wouldn’t stay here again. the customer service is TERRIBLE
