“I love this place...they are always a life saver...I have stayed here in other states but this was my first time in Chicagoland area. Room was on par with the other states. Only issue was our door. It didn't lock when you closed it. So we took all our belongings with us to make sure nothing was stolen. I didn't like that but we arrived middle morning and maintenance and housekeepers aren't on staff at that time! No big deal”

“I enjoyed my stay. The building I stayed in was quiet and peaceful. The room size was perfect, clean and I enjoyed the ability to cook. I took my own Lysol wipes and spray just for my own safety. When I was leaving, I saw a few bonnet wearing young ladies on the balcony of another building. Thankfully I was leaving and they weren't in my building 😁. I will definitely stay there again.”

Lugar muito legal. A equipe é amigável e prestativa. Tem todas as comodidades que eu precisava. Gostei do centro de fitness e usei-o todos os dias que estive lá. O toque agradável foi o café da manhã para pegar e levar. O café também foi apreciado. A localização estava centralmente localizada quando me reuni com minha família. Eu indicaria à outras pessoas.

Very nice place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Has all the amenities that I needed. I liked the fitness center and I used it each day I was there. Nice touch was the grab and go breakfast. The coffee was appreciated also. The location was centrally located when meeting with my family. I would recommend to others.

A equipe é extremamente simpática. Infelizmente, eu tive que dormir as primeiras 4 noites em um quarto insuportavelmente barulhento que cheirava a fumaça de cigarro velho antes que eu pudesse mudar para um mais confortável. A hélice do ar condicionado estava do lado de fora da janela ao lado da cama. O som da fiação elétrica veio pela porta. A velha fumaça de cigarro podia ser ouvida em todos os lugares.No segundo quarto só tive que aguentar o barulho da rua. Fora isso, o equipamento é bastante razoável e contemporâneo, mas já bem desgastado. Até agora tudo estava limpo.Café-da-manhã incluso iogurte, granola, tortas pop e água. Nada de especial, mas ok para os EUA.

Não é ótimo para uma estadia de uma noite. Poucas comodidades (sem suporte para malas, sem travesseiros extras - mesmo mediante solicitação, sem carrinhos de bagagem). Você tem que transportar suas coisas por uma calçada irregular através de um complexo de residências urbanas. O exterior estava bastante sujo e gasto e o tapete estava úmido. As tomadas elétricas não funcionavam e as portas do armário não fechavam. Eu poderia ver isso ser bom para uma opção de estadia prolongada acessível.

Not great for a one night stay. Few amenities (no suitcase stand, no extra pillows - even upon request, no luggage carts). You have to haul your stuff quite a ways down an uneven sidewalk through a townhome-like complex. The exterior was rather dirty and shabby and the carpet was damp. The electrical outlets didn't all work and the closet doors didn't close. I could see this being okay for an affordable extended stay option.

There was a dramatic change at this location. The exterior was due for a power wash. There were alot of guest with dogs and alot of smoking all over.I checked in early but my room was not ready until 6 pm. The pool was close and no continental breakfast. This was not my first stay at this location but I was fully disappointed.

Spacious, clean, and great staff. We are regulars here and book our extended stays between 1-2 months every summer. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for our small sized family. We love it and will continue coming in the years to come.

Os quartos são muito bons e modernos. Parece o seu próprio pequeno apartamento. Eu quase não reservei aqui porque as fotos on-line não combinam com as fotos. Ótimo serviço ao cliente. Em primeiro lugar, lidamos com Madison no telefone e na recepção. FANTÁSTICO representante para este hotel. Ela era informativa, alegre e lembrava nosso nome sempre que conversávamos com ela. Um grande trunfo para este negócio. Estávamos na cidade para uma festa de casamento realizada nas proximidades da Noon Whistle Brewery (outro ótimo lugar) e organizamos uma reunião pós-festa em nosso quarto espaçoso, limpo e maravilhoso. Suite de cozinha tinha capacidade para 6+ sem ter de se sentar na cama. Um dos lugares mais bonitos que já hospedamos..recomendo.

The rooms are very nice and up-to-date. Looks like your very own little apartment. I almost didnt book here because of the Pictures online don't go by the pictures. Great customer service. Cynthia and i believe his name is Wodell very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

First of all, we dealt with Madison on the phone and at the front desk. FANTASTIC representative for this hotel. She was informative, cheerful, and remembered our name when ever we talked with her. A great asset for this business. We were in town for a wedding celebration held nearby at Noon Whistle Brewery (another great place) and we hosted an after party gathering in our spacious, clean and wonderful room. Kitchen suite had seating for 6+ without having to sit on the bed. One of the nicest places we ever lodged at..highly recommend.

As taxas não podem ser explicadas a você e não cobram valores corretos para a sua estadia, eles não tentarão ajudá-lo a resolver, apenas darão de ombros. 3. O pessoal da limpeza é PREGUIÇOSO, eles querem que você faça sua própria cama como se eles tivessem algo para fazer além de LIMPAR O DIA INTEIRO. 4. As pessoas fazem barulho 5. I believe reviews are deleted ! 1. There are RATS ! 2. Charges cant be explained to you and do not charge correct amounts for your stay , they will not try to help you resolve it they'll just shrug their shoulders. 3. Cleaning staff is LAZY , they want you to make your own bed as if they have anything to do besides CLEAN ALL DAY. 4. People are loud 5. BUGS , and did i SAY RATS will live with you inside of the room you reside in 6. CARPET IS DIRTY !! 7. TRASH OUTSIDE DOORS 8. Fiquei muito decepcionado com este hotel. No hotels.com, este hotel tem uma classificação de "Excelente", mas deixe-me dizer que não há nada de excelente nisso. Fomos colocados em uma unidade no nível do solo, que eu não preferi porque a área não parecia bem cuidada. O quarto do andar térreo exalava um odor terrível, como se o carpete ou as paredes tivessem sido molhados e a água não tivesse sido devidamente limpa. O cheiro era horrível e verdadeiramente indescritível. Além disso, havia manchas de sujeira em vários móveis - o sofá, as cadeiras da cozinha e até mesmo o carpete. Disseram-me que o quarto tinha sido "limpo", mas realmente não estava limpo. Nem cheirava como se tivesse sido limpo. Havia ferrugem e lascas de madeira nas portas e em parte do piso. O quarto simplesmente não parecia bem conservado. Tínhamos escolhido este hotel para uma estadia prolongada, mas não suportávamos a ideia de ter que ficar nessas condições de vida por 3 semanas. As fotos que você vê no site do hotel são claramente de quando o hotel era novo ou reformado recentemente, mas essas fotos realmente não refletem o hotel em que eu estava ontem. Eu gostaria de ter tirado fotos para compartilhar aqui, mas estava muito ocupado tentando carregar o carro de volta com nossos itens pessoais e encontrar outros arranjos.

Uau, se você planeja ficar uma semana ou mais em uma suíte king com sofá-cama, custa apenas US $ 85 pela empresa Priceline que encontrou. Grande negócio o quarto é basicamente como um apartamento com cozinha completa, ou seja, fogão, lava-louças, geladeira ... A única coisa que eu gostaria que eles tivessem era café da manhã quente.

Minha estadia foi ruim porque o sofá desdobrável tinha migalhas e manchas, tantas que causavam insetos. Eu tenho uma fobia e isso tirou minha peruca. Nunca mais voltarei aqui. O chão tinha migalhas e a banheira estava suja. Faça melhor

Bom lugar para se visitar. Eu ficaria lá por um tempo a negócios. Excelente equipe, especialmente Maddison. Sua energia é incomparável. Ela está sempre disposta a ajudar. Wow if you plan to stay a week or more a king suite with sofa bed it is only $85 through priceline. Great deal the room is basically like an apartment with full kitchen ie stove, dishwasher, refrigerator... Only thing I wish they had was hot breakfast.

My stay was poor because the fold out couch had crumbs and stains on them, so many it caused bugs. I got a phobia and it knocked my wig off. Never coming back here. The floor had crumbs on it and the bath was dirty. Do better

I was very disappointed in this hotel. On hotels.com, this hotel has a “Superb” rating, but let me tell you that there is nothing superb about it. We were placed on a ground level unit, which I did not prefer because the area didn’t seem well kept. The ground floor room reaped of a terrible odor as if the carpet or walls had been wet and the water had not been properly cleaned up. The smell was horrible and truly indescribable. Additionally, there were dirt smearing on the various pieces of furniture - the couch, kitchen chairs and even the carpet. I was told that the room had been “cleaned” but it really wasn’t clean. It didn’t even smell like it had been cleaned. There was rust and wood chipping on the doors and part of the floors. The room just didn’t seem well maintained. We had selected this hotel for an extended stay, but we couldn’t stand the idea of having to stay in such living conditions for 3 weeks. The pictures you see on the hotel’s website are clearly when the hotel was new or recently renovated, but those pictures truly do not reflect the hotel that I was in is yesterday. I wish I would’ve captured pictures to share here, but I was too busy trying to load the car back up with our personal items and find other arrangements.

Nice place to visit. I was staying there for a while for business. Great staff, especially Maddison. Her energy is unmatched. She is always willing to help. During my stay there was a issue with my bill and they are working on it. I know everything will work out, overall a great place with amazing staff.

Eu gostei da minha estadia. O prédio em que fiquei era silencioso e tranquilo. O tamanho do quarto era perfeito, limpo e eu gostava da capacidade de cozinhar. Peguei meus próprios lenços e spray Lysol apenas para minha própria segurança. Quando estava saindo, vi algumas moças de boné na varanda de outro prédio. Felizmente eu estava saindo e eles não estavam no meu prédio 😁. Eu com certeza ficarei lá outra vez.
