“I'm only giving it a 4 because the room was cold and no matter how high I turned the thermostat, it never warmed up. Otherwise, this was the best hotel experience I've had. The tub felt like a mini pool. The bed was comfy. I could see the Alamo from my room which was cool. The room service was excellent. I would definitely stay again.”
