“I needed a room for a friend upcoming wedding event, when I booedit online, it says the contract rate was expired and I ended up paying $100 more, bummer. I then tried to contact the front desk. A gentleman named Ronny was very friendly and helpful, he fixed my booking right away, offered the lower price, and helped another friend of mine to adjust her room rate as well. Service matters, and Ronny sure did a great job to make the hotel a pleasant experience for us!
