Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff and room service.Food tasted good but was missing items on the menu, however the staff handled it very well.Valet service was good but the text ahead of time feature didn't work, but otherwise worth it.Facilities are what you would expect for such a high caliber hotel which is virtually part of the golden one center. Everything from the front lobby to the rooms and seemingly soundproof hallway were impeccable and impressive.Very easy access to and from I-5.

Paid $400/night for dirty carpet, with no hair dryer in bathroom, for room service to throw my blanket on the floor and put it back on the bed. NO BATHROBE or SLIPPERS There was this weird smell in the bathroom and the glasses in the room were not even clean because the room service put the glasses in the toilet sink rinse with water and used the rag to clean the Same glasses to put them back, can u believe the amount of germs, cmon Covid is real. Let’s not forget about the fact that no snacks in the room and fridge was completely empty. I believe hotel is really running on A budget, then why call yourself 4 star hotel if you cannot provide basic amenities. When we made the reservation, it said breakfast complimentary but the amount of lies, only $25 credit for breakfast and rest is billed to your card. $25 for breakfast for two people. Please Don’t book this hotel, you guys are better off booking holiday inn or the other hotels around at least they will provide basic amenities like coffee Maker in your room, Extra toilet paper, hair dryers and clean glasses. Beware, this hotel is a scam, don’t be fooled by the pictures. Extremely Poor service. Hotels in third world countries do a much better job.This review is from someone who is a frequent traveler!!!!

I paid nearly $400 for a nicer room and got a view of the Kaiser building, no light. This hotel really needs an update.It wasn't busy so the fact they didn't give me a nicer room than this says a lot.

Estávamos viajando de volta para Los Angeles e estávamos ficando cansados e decidimos procurar um hotel. Ficamos muito gratos por ter conseguido uma reserva neste hotel. O hotel se hospedaram no Citizen Hotel em nosso caminho e foram muito decepcionado com esse estabelecimento. Como tal, estávamos receosos de voltar a ficar na mesma área. QUE DIFERENÇA!!! Uma LINDA propriedade, com um serviço excelente, uma bela decoração e quartos amplos e bem decorados. A estadia mudou toda a nossa opinião sobre Sacramento para melhor. O manobrista até se ofereceu para carregar nosso carro sem pedir.Além disso esqueci uma camisa favorita no armário, fiz uma ligação, foi prontamente descoberta e enviada para mim limpa e passada. Este lugar realmente sabe como mimar um hóspede.Mãos para baixo o melhor lugar para ficar nesta cidade.

We were traveling back to Los Angeles and were getting fatigued and decided to find a hotel. We were so grateful to get a reservation at this hotel. We had stayed at the Citizen Hotel on our way up and were very disappointed in that property. As such, we were apprehensive about returning to stay in the same area. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! A BEAUTIFUL property, with excellent service, beautiful décor, and large well appointed rooms. The stay changed our whole opinion of Sacramento for the better. The valet even offered to charge our car without asking. Beyond that I forgot a favorite shirt in the closet, made a call, it was promptly discovered and sent to me cleaned and pressed. This place really knows how to pamper a guest. Hands down the best place to stay in this city.

Móveis exclusivos, super clean, bem modernos. Cama é muito macia. O lobby é muito aberto e amplo. Restaurantes, bares, estabelecimentos comerciais e o estádio de basquete ficam bem em frente ao saguão do hotel, em uma rua exclusiva para pedestres. Vou demorar menos de 30 segundos para caminhar até a entrada do estádio de basquete. Ótima localização.

Eu estava extremamente cansado depois de trabalhar um turno de 12 horas. Eu reservei um quarto através de um site de terceiros e terminei no hotel e restaurante Kipton. Assim que entrei pela porta e me dirigi para a recepção. Fui saudado por Marissa. Ela viu que eu estava extremamente cansado e rapidamente me registrou em meu quarto e pronto para ir. Marissa, você é incrível e você é a melhor. 😉 Se não fosse por ela me fazer sentir em casa e muito bem-vindo, eu provavelmente teria ignorado. No entanto ela me fez sentir muito confortável e voltarei devido ao seu ótimo atendimento. I was extremely tired after working a 12 hour shift. I booked a room through a 3rd party website and ended at the Kipton hotel and restaurant. As soon as I walked through the door and headed to the front desk. I was greeted by Marissa. She saw that I was extremely tired and quickly had me checked into my room and ready to go.. Marissa you are awesome and you are the best. 😉 If it wasn't for her making me feel at home and very welcomed, I probably would've passed this by. However she made me feel very comfortable and I will return due to her great customer service. I hope that when I return that I get treated with the same hospitality that she provided for me.~A new loyal fan, Murrissa

Unique furniture, super clean, very modern. Bed is very soft. The lobby is very open and large. Restaurants, bars, shopping venues and the basketball stadium are right outside the hotel lobby on a pedestrian only street. I will take less than 30 seconds to walk over to the basketball stadium entrance. Great location.

Lugar absolutamente deslumbrante! O melhor lugar para ficar em Sacramento com certeza! Eles aceitam cachorros, são muito flexíveis com e para crianças e têm uma hora incrível de vinho de cortesia todos os dias no saguão. Definitivamente, são as pequenas coisas para mim que tornam os lugares tão incríveis! Além disso, possuem uma belíssima área de piscina com cabanas para alugar. A grande seleção local de cerveja e a comida do bar da piscina é gostoso!

Absolutely stunning place! The best place to stay in Sacramento for sure! They are dog friendly, very accommodating with and for children and have an awesome complimentary wine hour every day in the lobby. It's definitely the little things for me that make places so great! Besides that, they have a wonderful pool area with Cabanas for rent. Great local beer selection and the pool bar food is yummy!

Super nice property, great location, amazing customer service from valet parking, front desk 110%, and maids; but found it to be very,very toxic. My allergies flared and couldn't even sleep. No room service and the food at Revival is not even worth it.Una propiedad muy bonita, buena locación, sorprendente atención al cliente desde valet parking, recepcionista 110%, servicio a cuartos; pero lo encontré muy tóxico. Ni siquiera pude dormir. No tienen servicio de comida al cuarto y Revival no vale la pena.

El lugar es nuevo está muy bonito los cuartos estaban limpios Tienen buena arte. El staff es muy bueno tienen que mejorar en algunas cosas pero como mencioné el hotel tiene creo que menos de un año Entonces todavía tienen tiempo para mejorar unas cuantas cosas. Tuve una reunión es aquí y todo estuvo muy bien definitivamente recomiendo venir aquí para eventos de trabajo o sociales.
