Pena que a mobília do quarto (exceto o chuveiro, que é muito confortável e grande) e os serviços de café da manhã estão realmente abaixo dos padrões de um hotel que pertence a uma rede como Small Luxury Hotels: buffet acanhado e funcionários desatentos no manhã na sala de café da manhã e limpeza do quarto que deixa a desejar. This is a lovely boutique hotel with adequate, not good, service. It’s not a 5-star hotel as advertised, and doesn’t have the amenities and service you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels in London, and this was the least posh. For instance, although there are many steps to get to the entrance, there is no doorman to help with luggage. To get a cab is not easy, as there are not many front desk staff. When I arrived early, instead of offering to store my bags and contacting me when my room was ready, the attitude was I was inconsiderate for showing up early and bothering them. There are no slippers even though the rooms have wooden floors with no rugs. These floors also make for loud rooms if you have someone above or next to you. There are no sheer drapes so you have to have the curtains drawn or be seen by the nearby neighbors or outside passers by (I was in a senior classroom on the 1st floor - 2nd floor to Americans- facing east). Housekeeping is inconsistent, didn’t fill creams or Diet Coke, for instance (but the complimentary snacks and a couple of drinks is nice). The breakfast is quite good, with inconsistent service. Overall a lovely place, a 4-star hotel for sure, but missing the excellent service and extra touches you would expect in a 5-star hotel. A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Tower Bridge and Tower of London area. The Queens walk is just a stone throw away as well many shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very nice and clean! The in house restaurant was very nice and convient for breakfast. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars in my review is the view from our window was directly inside other peoples apartments (so they had a view right into our room). Um lindo hotel boutique no coração da área de Tower Bridge e Tower of London. A caminhada do Queens fica a poucos passos de distância, assim como muitas lojas e restaurantes. A equipe foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Os quartos são muito bons e limpos! O restaurante da casa era muito agradável e conveniente para o café da manhã. A única coisa que mantém isso de 5 estrelas em minha análise é que a vista da nossa janela estava diretamente dentro dos apartamentos de outras pessoas (então eles tinham uma vista direta para o nosso quarto).

A nice vanity unit and the sofa positioned differently would really lift the rooms as it felt some of the furniture was past its best. Aside from that we had a lovely stay with great service and lovely food for both dinner and breakfast. Not quite sure why the menu isn’t published anywhere (the website to the restaurant doesn’t exist) as this was one of the best Indians we have had in a long time. If the bedrooms had a little more spent on them this would be a very high standard hotel. Fiquei em uma sala de aula do último ano que era grande, mas também um pouco rígida - paredes brancas e não muito móveis. Uma bela unidade de penteadeira e o sofá posicionado de maneira diferente realmente elevariam os quartos, pois parecia que alguns dos móveis já haviam passado do seu melhor. Além disso, tivemos uma estadia encantadora com ótimo serviço e comida adorável para jantar e café da manhã. Não sei ao certo por que o cardápio não foi publicado em nenhum lugar (o site do restaurante não existe), pois este foi um dos melhores indianos que tivemos em muito tempo. Se os quartos tivessem um pouco mais gasto com eles, este seria um hotel de padrão muito alto.

Achei o hotel bom, mas faltou relação custo-benefício, quarto pequeno com apenas um chuveiro. O serviço foi bom, embora tivéssemos uma taxa de 9 por um pouco de leite de aveia para o café, embora tenha sido removido. This is not a 5 star hotel. I would be generous with 4 -.Pro: Location, Service (everyone is very accommodating), breakfast ( I LOVED the Indian breakfast), room very quiet.Cons: Room is old. WiFi was not working in my room (I flagged this several times to the reception with no success), cabinet broken, toilet paper not new when I arrived, holes in the bathrobe and once the room was cleaned my pijamas was thrown on the sofa, without even folding it.I am still expecting an email from the management, but 2 weeks after my stay nobody has contact me.I will be looking for a different accommodation on my next travels to London. If I book (and paying) a 5 star hotel I am expecting to be one.Big potential, but lots to do.

This hotel used to be so nice with good quality of staffs 2 years ago, but I can’t feel so now. Better to chose the other hotel. 5 noites em um lindo hotel. Quartos enormes, banheiro grande, camas super confortáveis, muito tranquilo, só pra se sentir bem. Também o próprio hotel muito elegante e moderno. Nos sentimos completamente à vontade. Tudo brilhando limpinho. Funcionários sempre simpáticos e prestativos. Novamente a qualquer momento.
