“I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews; however, I think it is important to share my experience. I checked out from the Logan about a week ago. The night before I left, when I leaned down to pick up something that I dropped, I discovered decaying matter (either food or cat litter or something of the sort) under the dresser that had clearly been there for months. This item had BUGS(video and picture attached) crawling in and out of it.I immediately went to the front desk for assistance. The woman working was accommodating and helpful. Two of the hotel's security guards came up to my room with me again to look at the bugs which they described as "unidentifiable." I was assured that an exterminator would be called and encouraged to call back to the hotel the next day.I tried calling, leaving a message, and emailing, with no response. Now it has been a full week and no update. Additionally, last night, I found a bug that looked similar in my bathroom of my new apartment (*I was staying at the Logan due to an electrical fire and had just finished moving all my valuables and belongings out of the hotel and into a new apartment when the bug was discovered.) I am concerned that these hotel bugs have migrated with me to my new place of residence and that they could be dangerous to humans.At this point, given their lack of response to my contacts, I assume the hotel did not in fact call an exterminator. Who knows how many other rooms and guests were affected.This was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. In addition to the bugs, the shower curtain was stained, we were given sheets with a small stain on them (twice). During a global health pandemic, I find the total disregard for health and safety to be extremely concerning. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.”
