“The day after one of the most important speaking engagements in my life I got sick in Denver. I never get sick.
I've also never stayed at the Ritz before but stayed there because of my wife's employee discount. (I stay there for basically the price of Marriott hotel).
But here's the point. They took such good care of me, I felt so nurtured. I may not be able to stay there again without a discount, but I certainly want to give a shout out to them and their service and say thank you.
