“Absolutely loved my stay at the Ritz Carlton while traveling through Vienna. Go up to the rooftop if you can to grab a drink. Bed was super comfortable. The staff were wonderful.
I would stay here again! Thanks Ritz for always going above and beyond.”

“Rooms are well kept and well cleaned.
The service is surprisingly slow and unmatched by the high standards the hotel supposedly has. The staff both at the restaurants and hotel were polite to us, however, the rooms and service were inconsistent throughout our stay. As per protocol, the hotel charges an extra €200 per room for any additional charges which then takes over a week after check out to refund back into your account. It's a nice antique building with modern amenities but I wouldn't recommend staying for longer than a couple of days.”
