A comida na conferência pelo departamento de catering do hotel era consistentemente decídua. Attended a conference here and had a suite for my 3 night stay. Without a doubt, this was the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in here in the States. The food at the conference by the hotel’s catering department was consistently deciduous. Our concierge, Jasmine Montana, was a wealth of knowledge and helped me surprise a colleague for her birthday. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job every day of keeping my room exceptionally clean. The hotel itself is just beautiful. It’ll be hard to ever stay anywhere else in New Orleans now that I’ve stayed here.

MEDIOCRE and UNDERWHELMING. Gorgeous hotel and great location but overall a disappointing stay. Upon arriving, none of the staff outside attempted to help us with our luggage (and I could not carry everything myself.. I was clearly struggling as the staff watched and didn’t even offer to hold a door open). As Diamond members, we should have been told about our food/ beverage credit upon checking in but we didn’t find out until the last night. We had been paying for food/ drinks at the hotel on our other cards instead of putting it on the room to redeem our credit. The person at reception told us there was nothing she could do to help us or credit back the money or points. The previous night, I asked the person at the front desk where the shop was so that I could buy Tylenol. He told me he could not help me because “it’s a liability for the hotel to give us Tylenol or any over the counter drug”.. that’s not what I had asked him. We asked for a late check out the following morning and were told to ask again in the morning. On top of all this, only 1 of the elevators on our side of the building worked so we had to go up and down 8 flights of stairs or wait at least 20 minutes for an elevator that wasn’t at capacity. I would NOT stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

We had a spectacular quick stay at The Roosevelt. We stopped through on a whim to catch a show at The Saenger theatre. We chose The Roosevelt because of its proximity to the theatre and are so glad we did. The hotel itself is beautiful with tons of old world charm. The rooms were lovely and comfy and everyone was gracious and helpful. Mr. Miles at reception was particularly helpful and accommodating in sorting a glitch with the reservation I made through the Hilton app. We are already planning a longer trip back!

Just off the busy Canal Street (30 yards to a more peaceful location) but only one block from the French quarter's Bourbon Street. Super pool, super rooms and staff service. Loved the piano bar too. It's cool and classy. Enjoy

A great experience at this hotel. After two weeks of travel on the road, it was a welcome stay. The staff were outstanding. Each one of them made efforts to smile and ensure we were taken care of. When the air conditioning was not working in our room, they swiftly moved us to another room that they said was upgraded and much nicer. Frankly, we preferred the first room and thought it was much nicer. The breakfast cafe is lovely and the bar was great. It would have been nice to have some snack food at the bar. Note: The pool water was pretty scummy and looked filthy. It was not a cool pool so didn't really take the edge off the very humid and hot weather.

I loved my experience at this luxury hotel. It was everything and more, great food, excellent customer service, rooftop pool and bar. We had a double queen suite that came with a living room area, very spacious, the pillows were amazing and I simply cannot stop raving about this particular waldorf. This stay was amazing to come back to after our long days through the French Quarter and other promenades around New Orleans.

Este é um excelente lugar para ficar em Nova Orleans. A localização é ótima. Preferia ficar aqui a uma quadra do bairro francês. O hotel é um belo oásis da agitação do bairro. Tivemos um quarto king superior. Muito confortável e espaçoso. Tudo é bem feito e bonito aqui. O deck da piscina é ótimo, imperdível para uma visita quente de verão à cidade. Quando voltarmos ficaremos aqui novamente.

The location to the French quarter is fantastic, the service from the concierge is high level, the on site restaurant, bar, morning services is a very good quality.The elevators are small and half work, it is an extremely old hotel.The valet is quick and the guys are pleasant.The hotel overall needs a refresh though.I would stay again but I have been at better top to bottom places.

This is an outstanding place to stay in New Orleans. The location is great. Would very much rather stay here one block outside the French quarter. The hotel is a beautiful oasis from the hustle and bustle of the quarter. We had a superior king room. Very comfortable and spacious. Everything is well done and beautiful here. The pool deck is great, a must for a hot summer visit to the city. When we come back we'll stay here again.

Realmente uma estadia horrível. A primeira noite foi 3/5: as camas não são muito confortáveis e o hotel está mostrando sua idade. Eles também não fazem um bom trabalho em fazer você se sentir bem-vindo e não fazem quase nada para reconhecer o status Hilton A segunda noite foi 0/5: às 1h30, eles começaram a lavar a piscina com pressão usando um compressor barulhento. A piscina fica de frente para um grande número de quartos de hóspedes, então o barulho invadiu meu quarto, me acordando. Entrei em contato com a portaria que negou o que eu podia ver com meus próprios olhos dizendo que ela havia verificado e os trabalhadores estavam "apenas varrendo" e seria feito em breve. Às 2 da manhã, desci e fiz um vídeo dos trabalhadores lavando a piscina com seu compressor barulhento e desci para a recepção. No começo, eles tentaram alegar novamente que isso não estava acontecendo até que eu lhes mostrasse o vídeo. Então eles ligaram para descobrir (então eu acho que a "verificação" anterior não incluía ligar para ninguém), reconheceram que estava acontecendo, mas disseram que não podiam fazer nada porque os faxineiros eram contratados! Então, aparentemente, a equipe deste hotel não tem controle sobre o nível de ruído às 2 da manhã. Os agentes na recepção não se desculparam. Finalmente, às 3 da manhã, eles terminaram. No dia seguinte, não houve reconhecimento do problema ou pedido de desculpas do hotel.Há tantos ótimos hotéis em Nova Orleans; evite este! Eu tive estadias agradáveis no Ritz em frente, o Intercontinental, o Hyatt Centric e outros. Não desperdice seu dinheiro.

O serviço foi ótimo. Estacionamento com manobrista, recepção, os funcionários dos restaurantes/bar foram muito atenciosos e acolhedores. Jonah foi nosso barman no Sazerac, ele é incrível. Muito bem informado sobre muitas bebidas e tudo o que ele fez para nós foi muito bom. Tivemos um grande momento. O quarto era muito confortável e limpo. Ótima localização. Nós amamos isso!

Truly an awful stay. The first night was a 3/5: the beds aren't very comfortable and the hotel is showing its age. They also really don't do a good job of making you feel welcome and do almost nothing to acknowledge Hilton status The second night was 0/5: At 1:30AM they started pressure washing the pool using a noisy compressor. The pool faces a large number of guest rooms so the noise bled into my room, waking me up. I contacted the concierge who denied what I could see with my own eyes saying that she had checked and the workers were "only sweeping" and would be done soon. At 2AM, I went down and took a video of the workers pressure washing the pool with their noisy compressor and went down to the front desk. At first they tried to claim again that this wasn't happening until I showed them the video. Then they called to find out (so I guess the earlier "check" didn't include actually calling anyone), acknowledged that it was happening, but said that they couldn't do anything because the cleaners were contractors! So apparently the staff at this hotel have no control over the noise level at 2AM. The agents at the desk were not apologetic. Finally at 3AM they finished. The next day, there was no acknowledgement of the issue or apology from the hotel.There are so many great hotel in New Orleans; avoid this one! I've had nice stays at the Ritz across the street, the Intercontinental, the Hyatt Centric, and others. Don't waste your money.

The service was great. Valet parking, reception, the staff at the restaurants/ bar were really attentive and welcoming. Jonah was our bartender at Sazerac, he is awesome. Very knowledgeable about many drinks and everything he made for us was really good. We had a great time. The room was really comfortable and clean. Great location. We love it!

Excelente localização, longe o suficiente, mas perto o suficiente para caminhar até o bairro francês. A equipe é comodidades maravilhosas e excelentes. Os banheiros eram um pouco pequenos e tinham o quarto king superior que, para o ponto de preço adicional, não oferecia mérito suficiente para repetir. Vá com o regular ou por US $ 25 a mais por noite, consiga uma suíte. Não consegui serviço de quarto, havia um Walgreens na esquina onde pegamos lanches.O mais importante é observar a hora do dia e o lado do prédio em que você sai porque há alguns personagens interessantes no caminho para o bourbon, mas só é preciso andar um quarteirão para chegar lá que é FENOMENAL para convencer.

Great location, just far enough away but close enough to walk to the french quarter. Staff is wonderful and great amenities. Bathrooms were a little small and got the king superior room which for the additional price point did not offer enough merit a repeat. Either go with the regular or for $25 more a night get a suite. Did not get room service, there was a Walgreens on the corner where we got snacks.Biggest thing is watch the time of day and side of the building you exit on because there are some interesting characters on the way to bourbon but only have to walk a block to get there which is PHENOMENAL for convince.

Excelente ubicación, buena atención pero las ventanas no son anti ruido. Se escucha mucho ruido de la calle y otras cosas en los pasillos del hotel, el ruido de las habitaciones también se escucha afuera, te enteras lo que están haciendo tus vecinos ;)

Lights and Christmas decorations are a spectacular to walk in. Too crowd the restaurant and bar. Lovely hotel shop. Love this hotel! My husband and I stay here several times a year and have not been disappointed. The attention to detail and guest service is superb. The staff is always accommodating, friendly and professional. We feel pampered at each visit and look forward to our next visit.

To be honest, I have always adored staying at The Roosevelt at Christmas and have done it since I was a child. Until my last stay on 12/21. NEVER again. For starters my AC/Heating was inoperable, my room stayed at a lovely 78 degrees for my entire stay, then as I go to shower to get the SWEAT off of my body there was a USED bar of soap in my shower. Upon further exploring I then realized the mini bar items had already had been half consumed! Here comes the best part, I promise....upon checking out and expressing all of my concerns I was insured I wouldn’t be charged anything for parking, incidentals, or the items that had been consumed by the previous guest...the woman at the checkout assured me she heavily noted my account. Fast forward to 12/24 American Express calls me saying the lovely Waldorf was attempting to charge my card for several hundred dollars worth of transactions. Upon calling the hotel AGAIN, they told me there was 0 notes on my account, they could not refund me for parking and to dispute it with my bank. Here’s the kicker, I’m currently out of town for the holidays and had to CANCEL the card on file with them forcing me to find other means of payment. Unacceptable in my honest opinion and I will NOT be back. I might also add I have had NO ONE from the Roosevelt reach out with any sort of apology.

The Roosevelt is decorated for Christmas in the most beautiful fahion! However, if crowds are not what you're looking for, you may want to rethink staying here at Christmas. We thought it was GRAND!

The hotel is lovely. Check in was easy. The room was terrific. We had a couple of odd staff issues, but nothing too major. We also took advantage of the spa, but were disappointed in what was described versus what we got. The bar was wonderful, but I'd skip the restaurant if I were you. We might stay here again, but we'd use the hotel as more of a home base rather than an integral part of our stay.

I’m currently staying in this hotel. Excellent location near all activities. Hotel lobby has old school charm and rooms were clean and comfortable. I am disappointed in the management and hotel staff. My wife called ahead and mentioned that it was our anniversary. They did not mention anything to us when we checked in. Then i asked the front desk associate if we get breakfast as I’m a Hilton honors member. He said we get either 1000 points or $15 credit. I said you can’t get much for $15 . I then showed him on the Hilton website however he was (well that’s what we offer) My wife is on the phone as we speak with Hilton. Not a way to spend a vacation. The next morning I left my room at 10am. When I returned at 4Pm a house keeper was in my room cleaning it. I again went to the front desk. They said housekeeping can be in the rooms till 5:30 so I said I’m paying for a room that I can’t use. So what should I do for the next hour. He is like go to the bar I will give you a drink coupon. I went to the bar and waited 10 minutes he never showed up. Lets see how the next 2 days go! The next day I went to brunch. The hosted made us wait 20 minutes even though there were plenty of tables. The guy making the eggs to-order screwed up the order twice. The buffet was absolutely terrible! No fresh bread . One kind of cheese. I small danish tray with crazy danishes. Some frozen reheated potatoes. I could go on. I have pictures. I think I should have stayed down the block at the Ritz Carlton!!

Love the history. Loved the upgrades to the hotel without sacrificing the historic feel. The location is great. Having to use the key for the elevator is a bit confusing, but I can understand why they do it.

The old world beauty of the hotel and the staff were excellent. Quite No coffee maker in the room, no refrigerator in the room other than the mini bar, no microwave in the room, small fitness room, no jazz played in the lounge by live entertainment- very poor Friday evening piano signer duo that needs to stick to weddings!

Un hotel clásico para conocer y disfrutar el costado francés de Nueva Orleans. Buena atención, instalaciones que necesitan actualizarse y mucho movimiento. Es una opción de categoría en un barrio más bien popular.

The Roosevelt in New Orleans exceeded my expectations in every way. I arrived early in the day and had planned to store our luggage so I could begin sightseeing but I was able to check in and my room was upgraded! I ate a quick lunch in the cafe and it was excellent. I also had breakfast the next morning and it was incredible! The service was outstanding from all areas of the hotel.
