“Este es sin duda el mejor hotel en el que puede alojarse, no solo en Kazajstán, sino en toda Asia Central. Y lo digo no solo por la excelente ubicación a orillas del río Ishim (¡vistas!), Sino porque el servicio es extraordinario. Vale la pena visitarlo no solo en verano, sino también para unas vacaciones de invierno. Excelente spa, dos excelentes restaurantes (el brunch de los domingos es imprescindible) y, para el desayuno, saben lo que le gustaría comer incluso antes de llegar a su mesa :) Un agradecimiento especial a los mayordomos que se ocupan de nuestras necesidades en cualquier momento - Tatyana, Svetlana, Kayes, Zhar, entre otros, así como a Aida, Azhar, Nurbolat - podría seguir y seguir porque el personal es lo que hace que el St Regis Astana se destaca de todo lo demás que he experimentado hasta la fecha. ¡Gracias por los obsequios especiales cada vez que visitamos y la cálida hospitalidad!”
